Wilderness Beach House Backpackers

Het was een prima hostel, dichtbij de zee. En gezellige bar in de avond. De kamer was prima. Ik vond de rest van de sfeer niet erg bijzonder. Iedereen rondom mij was erg enthousiast over dit hostel, maar ik was wat teleurgesteld. Het is een fijn hostel, maar voor mij niet bijzonder.

Cool space and great atmosphere. The pizza oven is nice but the whole house smells like fire every morning 😅

I had a really good stay here -dorms were spacious and clean with an amazing balcony looking over the beach. The bar was really nice with good food and also an incredible beach view. The only criticism is the showers just have a frosted glass window which looks out into the bathrooms so not much privacy

The owner is really friendly and helpful. The view and atmosphere is spectacular!

The management and staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay, even helping to drive me to an activity. There are no lockers to store luggage. The food there was great and you can’t beat the ocean view from the room, but the road to get there is a bit off the beaten path

The location and view from the dorms in unmatched! Staff and volunteers are helpful, and the wood fire pizza is great.

Stunning views from the dorm, an absolutely chill place to sleep like a baby with the sound of the ocean in the background. I went in winter, so hardly any other travelers were there, but the hostel is really really good. They offer food, drinks, karaoke, and a pool right next door. The kitchen is super small.

Cool place. No real place to work on computer except restaurant area which has no plug ins and is busy. Staff nice, fun atmosphere, great view of beach and ocean. Quick access

Amazing value for money, comfortable room with great views. The bar area was ideal with decent pizza and the best views of Wilderness beach! Only thing to improve would be the curtains as don’t stop light getting in but otherwise was perfect!

The location gives you a beautiful view and easy access to enjoy the beach. A big doorm with no space for privacy and a small, shared toilet area. The shower was clogged which was not very nice. Staff could have been more positive and engaging, they do have a restaurant though where you can connect with other travelers.
