Phitharom PP Resort

The room was so hot even with the air con running at full power. I changed rooms and the second was just as bad. I couldn't sleep and checked out after 2 hours. No refund no compensation. Don't waste your money here.

Probably the worst resort/hostel we’ve stayed in,in a very, very long time. The staff weren’t very helpful. The rooms were BOILING hot with an outdated aircon that took over 40 minutes to bring the room back from being unable to sit in. After every night out we’d have to sit outside [after climbing to the top of the mountain where our room was] to put in the key for the aircon to come on and wait until the room was bearable to enter. We really enjoyed this hostel! Staff is incredibly helpful! We were able to do our laundry there and the staff helped us carry our bags up several flights of stairs. Far enough away from the parties so quiet at night. One thing to note: bad sewage smell around the area. Didn’t take away from the experience but something worth nothing. Also most rooms are up above tbe hills so if you have an injury, maybe try else where. We will be back though!!

Good for the price, considering the competing prices of other hostels. Staff was great and helped carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs to our room on the hill. Hostel was situated next to some kind of drain field/waste, so there was a very unpleasant smell around.

Great chill place to stay

Pretty solid place to stay, more of a couples vibe. If you are looking to meet people, this is maybe not for you.

Für ein, zwei Nächte völlig ok. Ich musste aber mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen, da die laute Musik von der Partyzone sehr gut zu hören ist. Unser Zimmer war sehr weit oben und die Treppen haben mich zum Teil fertig gemacht mit der Hitze und der Luftfeuchtigkeit aber ansonsten war alles ok. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great location as just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants! You can hear the music at night in the room from the clubs but nothing to put you off, we still had a great night’s sleep! Very spacious and clean room.

Die kleine Häuschen in denen man schläft sind total süß und geräumig. Überall ist eine kleine Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist super zentral. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!
