+ Sincèrement 45€ la petite chambre c est trop cher pour ce que c est et pour le secteur mais sinon ça va sur le reste.

- Gedateerd, douche hing op half zeven, muf luchtje in de kamer, bed heeft zn beste tijd gehad.
+ Location was good, apartment was nice and spacious and clean.
- The pool hours are too short, should be open later, having to sign in to use the pool, not just free access anytime you like. The beds are all very hard not comfortable.
It’s a large bedroom with all needed amenities, even water and a washing machine. The host was easy to communicate. The bed was very comfortable, just not clean, there was some black hair left behind.

+ Great view of the city, location was good and the pool is worth the visit. Local shops underneath came in handy
To be clear, this is a condo! Clearly stating that they don’t do short term rentals. Only place near by I could find with a pool. You have to be ushered in by your contact to the pool every time. They only have 7 loungers and 3 are in the shade. If you move them to the sun, the security will tell you to move them back. Most people are laying out towels on the tile floor. Weird! That being said the personal contact was extremely prompt. Room had drinking water and frig. Nice place

+ Well equipped apartment with a nice view and a very friendly host. Good location, streetfood and grocery stores nearby.
- If you want to use the pool you have to tell the host upfront, which honestly made me use it not at all.
Great property. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel so not sociable but great for a relaxing break. Clean and gorgeous views, also just a 10 minute walk into District 1. A washer and dryer were available in my room as well which was a great add on. Would definitely recommend if you are after a hotel vibe for less cost.
+ La piscine elle est tres agreable il y a des commodites en bas 7 eleven , autre magasin. Pour le prix c est juste correct.
- 20 minutes a pied du centre ville Pas de machine a cafe , ce qui es agreable le matin d avoir un bon cafe. L'appartement manque un peu d'amour , lit dur pas tres confortable , les meubles le plancher sont briser aurais besoin de reparation .
+ It had everything we needed, in a good part of town that was close to food, convenience stores, local food, and able to walk to the Ben Thanh markets
