Our stay at Sleepway Cottages was quite pleasant overall. However, we were surprised and frustrated when we were asked to pay additional money upon departure, despite having a confirmed booking through Hostelworld. This unexpected request left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable stay. We strongly suggest that Sleepway Cottages update their prices on Hostelworld to reflect accurate rates and avoid such inconveniences for future guests.
Good budget accommodation but the lady working there was not very helpful and seemed quite put out by us being there.
My stay here was very good. The staff was very friendly and could give you a lot of information. The laundry service was very valuable to me. The complex is guarded 24/7, so there is a feeling of high security. I would definitely come back.
Zweckmässig aber wenig bis keine Hostel Ambiance.
The staff was super nice and very concerned about making you feel comfortable. The breakfast was also nice and all in all I slept like an angel 😇😄
