Zebulo Hostel

The hostel is very dirty and filled with mosquitos. No proper plugs in the rooms no lockers in the room and no mosquito nets. They come and turn off the AC at 8am

Breakfast was included but when we woke up No breakfast at all :/

Das Personal war super freundlich 😍Sauber war das Hostel leider nicht wirklich. Habe auch direkt unter der Klimaanlage geschlafen, weshalb es echt kalt war und es gab auch nicht bei allen Betten Vorhänge. Klos und duschen waren nicht besonders sauber.

There was not plugs in all the bunk beds so I couldn’t charge anything overnight. Lots of mosquitos in the room and only one toilet on the floor with all the dorms. Very far from the old town which is a much better area to stay in.

the room had no windows, and in some places there weren’t any insect screens, so insects could easily get inside. also, no one from reception shows up when you ring the bell.

Leider ist das Hostel sehr dreckig und die Einrichtung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Ich habe mich dort nicht wohl gefühlt und dies auch direkt kommuniziert. Eine Stornierung war trotz der Nennung offensichtlicher Mangel leider nicht möglich. Schade!

needs a lot of work, hate the "smart Hostal" conception it's more of a "dumb" hostel , nothing worked, someone else slept in my bed and no refund given.

My room was horrible I paid 51 dollars for a minuscule room which was infested with mosquitos . The air conditioning did not work and it was boiling at night . They didn’t even have a proper light it was just a lamp. The staff were rude after talking to him about the issues he had the nerve to ask me if I was going to leave a good review. The pancake took so long I gave up on them .

AC flooded the room. My belongings (at the other end of the room) were drenched. Offered a free wash and dry, staff were careless with belongings - leaving items behind. Staff moved my items without asking I.e phone on charge, clothes to dry. Some doors to bathroom and toilets didn’t close fully. Cold water which wouldn’t fully drain from others showers. Had to use codes to get into room and hostel, good when it worked, annoying when it didn’t.

Hice checking y esperé afuera hasta que fuera la hora de entrar, (a pesar que el cuarto estaba libre no me dejaron esperar ni en la sala si no en la espera de la calle), se robaron mis zapatos y no me reembolsaron dinero por la perdida, los duchas no tienen agua en todas, hay muchos zancudos en todas partes, las luces todas son opacas estás como a oscuras, los aire acondicionado se los encienden ellos a las 7 de la noche no puedes dormir con tanta calor en el día.. solo el precio es bueno

Excelente ubicación donde todo lo que se necesita está muy cerca, cerca del metro que ayuda muchísimo, recomendado!

wer auf Dreck, betrunkene und bekiffte Russen steht, die in ihrem Zustand Frauen anmachen, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Das gesamte Hostel ist verdreckt. Der arme Hund, der im Hostel herumirrt, wird nicht ausgeführt und verrichtet sein Geschäft auf dem Innenhof. Der Mitarbeiter, der die Pancakes zubereitet, ist unhöflich bis frech/unverschämt. Er sollte besser putzen als Gäste anpöbeln. Alles in allem ein mehr als unangenehmer Aufenthalt.

Hostel très bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour visiter la ville et accéder facilement aux transports. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer : les chambres et les espaces communs ne sont pas suffisamment entretenus.

Too many mosquitoes everywhere, and check in process took a very long time, but rooms were air conditioned after 7pm and location is incredible

Affordable, but the price is reflected! Overall, decent hostel, but there was nowhere to escape the mosquitos :( first night the ac didn’t turn on so it was a sweltering night of (no rest). Staff were friendly, but impossible to find and check-in took hours. Facilities were decent and bathrooms were Ok. Would probably not stay here again

Lage gut, alles andere sehr versifft.

1 hora esperando que me den habitación (ya dentro del horario de entrega) sin motivo aparente. cuando pregunte cual era el motivo no solo no me contestaron algo satisfactorio si no que la chica que atendía empezó a decir que yo estaba nervioso por esperar. la habitación sucia y el baño con toallas con olor

The small single room was very clean and cute.The bathrooms were okay. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a key for my room. The volunteer who was working there for one day was left alone and wasn't authorized to create codes for the doors or process credit card payments. Organizationally, it was an absolute mess. I received a badge from the volunteer, who was very kind. However, I had to return it in the evening, and for my entire stay of about 20 hours, I had no key code for my door.

My issue: I extended my stay because I seen a cheaper price in another room… so I paid for that ROOM and MOVED TO THAT ROOM. Later the owner increased the price of the room and asked me to leave it (after paying) My things were in the room and when I returned, I was refused the passcode to enter the room. So, I refused to leave that room (that’s the room I paid for and was moved to) This came down to greed honestly! She seen the opportunity to make more money and it would result in my lost.

super ambiance, hôtes géniaux, extérieur agréable. hostel à taille humaine où on se sent bien. la propreté des sanitaires est pas au top et il n’y a pas beaucoup de prises dans les chambres, mais pour le prix c’est vraiment ok. petit déjeuner avec pancakes tous les matins!

Preis-Leistung ist ok. Wer nicht viel erwartet wird nicht enttäuscht. Die Pancakes sind der Hammer.

It’s not a bad hostel, the owner is very nice. Unfortunately there were lots of mosquitoes when I stayed and there wasn’t plugs for each bed in the room I stayed in. The AC was turned off a bit earlier than other hostels I’ve stayed in. Not the worst hostel but could use some improvements.

Run by a lovely French lady. Offer great value and very euro friendly hostel.

Gut gelegenes und günstiges Hostel. Leider alles sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Der Pool im Garten ist ganz nett. Für ein paar Nächte war es ausreichend.

A nice hostel in a nice part of the city, more chilled than the city Center and still lots of places to go!

muy buena ubicación cerca del metro, el anfitrión está muy amable y el desayuno está rico !!
