Barn & Bed Bangkok

We had a very comfortable stay. Only downside was that the back of the hostel (smoking area) at night is filled with rats and cockroaches.

The dorms and bathrooms were nice and clean and it is very quiet overall. The location is very well connected to public transportation. Unfortunately, the advertisement is a bit misleading: the large common room in the first picture is actually not part of the hostel, but of the café below the hostel. I couldn't find the large kitchen anywhere and the free breakfast doesn't exist either (or nobody told me where to get it). Overall, the hostel is very anonymous and not very social.

⚠️ aux photos et aux explications pas d'espace commun (juste un canapé d'angle coller a l'escalier) et il n'y a pas de casiers pour vos affaires en cas d'early checkin ou de checkout tardif il faut les laisser en haut d'un escalier qui mene au café d'en bas sans porte ou autre pour cacher les affaires. La cuisine idem se résume a une planche avec le strict minimum et un petit bar Le saff ne se déplace pas pour vous montrez la chambre ou votre cassier perso je l'ai découvert le dern...

Great chill hostel if that’s what you’re looking for in Bangkok

Had a top bunk first night and the ladder is round steel and hurt my feet to climb, curtains dont close all the way, and too hot to sleep. Moved to bottom bunk. Still the beds are so hard, like sleeping on the ground. Not recommended for side sleepers. The hostel is clean and quiet so i used it for work, but the common area can only accommodate 2 people at a time. Manager has an attitude and refused to help with luggage although there are 5 flights of stairs. Only pros: bathrooms and location

really nice hostel. very comfy beds with small lockers for valuables. everything was very clean. I only stayed for one night but I didn't feel the most social vibe there - still a really nice hostel if you're looking for something more chill and quiet.

Very clean and modern hostel. Located perfectly just next to the BTS Station. I think it's not a very social hostel but I only spend one night.

Bed and Barn, where the barn part isn’t just branding. Conveniently under the MRT near EmQuartier, it did the job for my grand experiment, seeing if hostels are worth it after a decade of avoidance. it’s great if you need a bed, a locker, and no forced introductions. The four bed dorm was a bit of a greenhouse in the afternoon but fine later. Bathrooms were clean, but some guests seemed unfamiliar with the concept of looking down before walking away. Flushing is free, people use it.

Such a nice hostel!! One of the nicest I’ve seen, not sociable, but perfect for a recharge. Clean bedding, good shower, super helpful staff

Great hostel! I chose this hostel to be a base for remote work and it has a delightful coffee shop below that is not too busy - perfect for my time! The beds are comfortable, showers clean and when I have a request to make to change beds for my own injury needs, the staff were so happy to rearrange on my behalf. In terms of location, 10 metres from the railway stop and cheap to get into old town. I stayed initially for 2 nights, then extended for 2 more! That says it all really :)

Booked this accidentally and it didnt disappoint me. The receptionist is lovely to talk to. The hostel is clean and the bed is really comfy to sleep in, though, the ladder to the top bed is really hard to climb. Location is right next to the BTS (I love this) and a mall. Right outside there’s a local Thai diner (in love with this) so whenever I didnt know what to eat, I went there and there’s a huge variety of options to choose. A 7-eleven right next to the diner. All of that within 200meter...

Was an ok place. AC was super cold and room was alll the way on the 5th floor with no elevator so be mindful of this if you are going to book here

Really nice places with good sized rooms, clean bathrooms and a lovely cafe/bar downstairs!

Hostel ist soweit okay, aber nicht weiter sozial und die Betten sind sau hart.

Fine place to stay no complaints. Not very spacious or social but nice location and the beds are nice.
