Terrible service. I was treated so badly that the only thing missing was for the front desk staff to spit in my face. The environment is extremely hostile. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.
Che buo di culo. Sembrava di stà nella cambusa di una nave dio be. C'era un cesso solo per 50 cristiani che L'ultimo giorno si è presentato affrescato da un'esplosione a grappolo di diarrea. Fa caa.

Poor health bedside have big bugs, or mosquitoes and the like, the staff is not professional nor enthusiastic, people stay in the middle of the night are directly awakened!!! There is also the most needed point, my trolley case was stolen in Prague, this is not a safe city, I hope visitors to pay attention to!
El personal de la noche es malísimo, dan ganas de no hospedarse, llegue a las 4am pague la reserva y luego quería que me fuera y volviera 3pm (hora de check in) amenazo con llamar la policía si no me iba. Lo demás ambiente no es el mejor, pero la ubicación es buena.
The night staff is awful, and I want to stay, I arrive at 4am pay the reservation and then I want to leave and come back at 3pm (check in time) threaten to call the police if I don't go.
There is no patio as the pictures promise you, it apparently burnt up. It kind of felt like being in a prison because there are no windows anywhere.

The location is top, and staff is really friendly. But value for money is not good. Specially 6 bed mixed dorm. My height is 1.65m and I have got the top bed and I can’t even able to sit at my bed, the ceiling is keep on hitting my head. If I want to drink water , I have get down . During sleeping , when I raise my leg while turning and it hitting the ceiling. I don’t how they designed like this. Not much satisfied on this perspective.
Lo único bueno es el personal amable y la ubicación. Estás hacinado en una pequeña habitación con 5 literas de 3 pisos, una locura, si tienes mala suerte de quedar hasta arriba, ten cuidado con tu cabeza, ya que sólo podrás gatear. Las habitaciones tienen nula ventilación, una ventana que solo se abre en un ángulo de 30 grados, sin aire acondicionado, con 35 grados C en verano eso es un horno, limpieza de baño deficiente. La cocina solo tiene 1 hornilla para 50-60 personas? No lo recom...
The only good thing is the friendly staff and the location. you are crammed into a small room with 5 beds on 3 floors, a madness, if you are unlucky to get up to the top, be careful with your head, as you can only crawl. the rooms have zero ventilation, a window that only opens at a 30 degree angle, no air conditioning, with 35 degrees C in summer that is a oven, poor bathroom cleaning. the kitchen only has 1 stove for 50-60 people? no I recommend it
O atendimento foi péssimo: recepcionistas rudes e sem paciência, pouco colaborativos em situações críticas, como quando um homem estava deitado na minha cama à noite. No checkout, fiquei esperando pois o funcionário estava dormindo. Quartos insalubres e cozinha suja completam a experiência negativa. Não recomendo.
The service was terrible: rude and impatient receptionists, not very cooperative in critical situations, such as when a man was lying in my bed at night. no checkout, I was waiting because the official was sleeping. unsanitary rooms and dirty kitchen complete a negative experience. i do not recommend.

I loved the hostel but the toilets were really small and the room with three beds the last bed is super close to the celling so its not comfy ,everything else was really great they offer you lockers for free and its really nice place
The location is ideal 🤩 The hostel is right in the city center so you can easily get basically anywhere without using public transport and discover new spots to visit along the way. At the same time, it is not right on a main street, so it doesn't feel too noisy or crowded. The hostel itself is really big, spacious, clean, and has new furniture, which gives it more of a hotel feeling, but for a lower price. The staff were also friendly and ready to help, so I would definitely stay here again...
I had a really nice experience staying at hostel Mandarinka. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Staff also were very friendly and welcoming. Another great bonus was that lockers and towels were provided for free, which is not always included in many hostels. I really enjoyed my time and will definitely come back!
I stayed here for one night, and I can say that this is one of the best options. Everything is close and within walking distance. The hostel has all the necessary facilities, and I also met some people with whom I spent a lovely time exploring Prague. I would also like to mention that the girl working the night shift was very nice and kind, which made me feel truly welcome.

Very cozy and modern hostel in the very center of Prague. Location - dream: literally a couple of minutes, and you are already on Václavsky Square, and all the main sights of Prague - within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Was daar met oud en nieuw. Ondanks al het gefeest in de stad, bleef in het hostel alles netjes en gemoedelijk. Prima geslapen.
There was old and new, despite all the party in town, stayed in the hostel everything was neat and cozy.
Was a super hostel stayed 7 days and clean Fast reception and friendly. A few nights there was one grumpy night receptionist but still did his job. Super centeral in the city and easily accesable. Not a social hostel no powerplugs/boardgames in the common room. Booked through hostelword so check there in the chat if someone wants to hang out. For the rest talk to people. Good kitchen could use with some more drying towels ass a drying rack is not that convenient. Big freezer+refrigirator

The front desk staff needs to get trained for how to check guest in. He also doesn’t know what document number to use and get angry with the guest. The host also charged more money than the balance.
Es un hostal central para recorrer Praga. Nos quedamos en una habitación de 18 personas pero contamos con un ambiente positivo en cuanto al silencio y descanso. No obstante, la habitación solo contaba con tres baños y no todos contaban con ducha y secadores de cabello. Del resto, destaco la limpieza que realizaban a diario en los baños. Del resto depende de las personas que se quedan en la habitación.
It is a central hostel to tour Prague. we stayed in a room for 18 people but we had a positive atmosphere in terms of silence and rest. however, the room only had three bathrooms and not all had a shower and hairdryers. besides, I highlight the daily cleaning they performed in the bathrooms. the rest depends on the people who stay in the room.
it is close to the central station and shopping area, But is a little hard to locate it. On re whole ir is a food place tostay.

Muchas personas en la habitación, en camarotes triples, 18 personas para un solo toilet y dos duchas . El espacio resulta estrecho. Tienen un amplio espacio para comer los alimentos.

This place is less “hostel” and more “punishment.” Triple-decker beds that shake like an earthquake if you scratch your nose. Common area looks like a hospital waiting room where fun goes to die. Kitchen? Forget it. No pasta strainer, just a sad kettle and vibes. Microwave is a myth, ovens retired years ago. Atmosphere? None. Gets the Job done if you just need to sleep.

Quite nice hostel and good location. Every where is clean and even 24 people room you won’t think it’s busy and crowded. Two shower rooms and a bathroom. Convenient!
