+ De spaanstalige dames. Die werkten en wisten service te verlenen.
- Poeh waar moet ik beginnen.. er waren dronkaards aanwezig. Ik begrijp niet met een 24/7 receptie dar ze niet optreden als ze hun dan half 1 snachts dagelijks zien binnen komen. Later in de nacht weer erop uitgaan en 06:30 weer op de kamer stinkend naar alcohol. Douches waren onder de maat. Bedden zit in jet midden een kuil. Ontbijt was erg karig. De dag dat er een blond meisje met een andere diva daar werkten was het ergst. Die hadden het zo gezellig om met de dronkaards aan de balie te kletsen dat ze de mensen bij het ontbijt vergaten. Alles moest telkens gevraagd worden. Ik vroeg om een bord en kreeg 10 borden in mijn hand gedrukt en moest de rest even op de counter neerzetten. Zulke mentaliteit.

- Мы забронировали номер по дороге в Прагу. Получили подтверждение от Booking.com и спокойно поехали заселяться. Приехали на место, но администратор на ресепшн сказал, что наша бронь не действует, произошла накладка, мест нет. При этом от Booking.com не было никакого сообщения о сбое в бронировании. Пришлось вечером срочно искать другое жильё

- I’m giving a bad review just because of a very disturbing incident that happened on October 12th, 2025. I was staying in a shared room for four people. In the morning, I woke up to find a man masturbating in the bed directly across from me. I made noise to make him stop, stood up so he would see me, but he continued for about five minutes, even after realizing I was awake. When another girl entered the room, he quickly covered himself with the sheets. After she left, I confronted him. He apologized, saying he thought I was asleep. I told him I was going to report the situation to reception, and he replied, “It’s not necessary, I’m leaving now.” I went to the reception around 11:30 a.m. to report what had happened because I was scared and shaken. Unfortunately, the two women working there showed no empathy or concern at all. One of them, with a very dismissive attitude, told me, “You should’ve been quicker, he already left,” and then added, “There’s nothing I can do.” I explained that I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, not knowing whether he had been watching me or what might have happened while I was asleep since we were alone in the room. She only responded coldly, “Sorry, I can’t do anything.” I then asked if at least they could move me to a female-only room, but she replied in the same tone, “Sorry, we are fully booked.” I understand there may be limits to what staff can do, but the way this situation was handled lacked basic empathy and humanity (especially from women toward another woman who had just experienced sexual harassment). I hope the hostel improves its protocols for situations like this and provides better training to its staff.

- Just stay away from this property. No air conditioner in the room in summer it’s 30 degrees in the room. Sleeping is not possible. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Also weird guests who are disturbing.
+ The hostel mentions they have parking, but it’s a tight basement area filled with pillars, making it very hard to maneuver. They’ve added rubber to the pillars, likely because cars often get scratched. Unfortunately, my car was damaged there. If you’re driving, I recommend booking alternative parking to keep your vehicle safe.

Super recommendable, everything excellent, buen lugar, very clean and the reception people very friendly, plus great that they could speak Spanish, so everything excellent!
Overall a nice hostel, however the rooms had no ventilation/AC, or windows you could open, and the beds were very squeaky which made it hard to sleep.
A bit far from the tourist center, otherwise everything was awesome - it was nicer than on pictures, clean, cosy inner yard, and kitchen is super userful. The stuff is nice and friendly

+ Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches Dreibettzimmer unterm Dach. Die Lage des Hostels, die Einrichtung, der Innenhof und Aufenthaltsbereich mit der Möglichkeit Spiele auszuleihen, fanden wir sehr gut.
- Da gab es nichts.
We had a very comfortable triple room under the roof. the location of the hostels, the furnishings, the inner courtyard and the stay area with the possibility of renting games, we liked very well. there was nothing.

In bedroom 2, I think it would benefit from changing the type of flooring because the current one seems to attract dust too easily
