Hotel is nice and relaxed. Reception staff were excellent, especially the guy who checked us in (don't know their name). Our room however was tiny and not at all like what we seen online when booking. The room was also at the very front of the building where noise from nearby bars kept us up most of the night. Bathrooms should be cleaned better. Atmosphere is very chill and it looks well, so it was disappointing for it to be let down by the most basic parts of any accommodation.

Perfect. The music from the nearby bars are a bit loud, but not unbearable. Just use ear plugs! The facilities were so clean, the rooms impeccable. The staff treat you like family. They make the experience incredible. The location is on the Main Street and close to everything you’d want to see downtown. Every time I come back to Penang I will stay here.

It’s okay for the price. It’s clean and modern which is nice and the people are sweet at the front desk. However is in suchhhh a loud area. There’s a bar right underneath that doesn’t stop blaring music until like 3 am and there’s a mosque nearby as well so around 5 am every day they start their prayer. I woke up every single night at 5 am when I started and couldn’t fall asleep essentially until the music from the bar stopped.

more of a hotel than a hostel. really clean rooms, comfy beds and nice staff! only downside is the bar next door plays really loud music until 3am. maybe the rooms not close to the street arent as loud

Super Gegend, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Waschküche und dusche top doch leider war die atmosphäre nicht otimal um menschen kennenzulernen. Der grosse Nachteil, es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Konzerte von der Bar nebenan könnte man meinen sie stehen vor deiner Türe.

I stayed in the private room with shared bathroom. It was clean, had a great AC, and was very secure. The room itself is tiny and has no windows, but it personally didn’t bother me because the room is well lit and the bed is comfy. I didn’t notice any kind of atmosphere or area to hang out, but wasn’t really looking for that. Located in a great area with lots to do. Would recommend.

Really nice place in a great position. Gentle and helpful staff made it a pleasurable stay. Only note the ventilation system in our room was pretty loud.

The room was definitely on the small side, but super comfortable. The facilities were always sparkling clean, and staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for exploring George Town and Penang Island

The staff were super friendly and accomodating! The linen and toilet paper were really soft haha and the location is pretty good if you’re walking around to some popular spots from social media! The room has the everything you need during a stay

Wir haben zu dritt drei Nächte im Vierbettzimmer verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Da sich die Unterkunft direkt neben einer Bar befindet, kann es nachts recht laut werden. Oropax werden aber netterweise bereitgestellt – es lohnt sich, sie zu benutzen. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Schimmel, Ameisen und Dreck. Auserdem viel mehr Hotel als Hostel. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen, aber nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at so far. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and the whole setup is so cute. The only downside was there wasn’t much of a social scene, but the hostel itself and its facilities made up for that. Also it was really good that you could wash/dry your clothes for free here.

Nice hotel. Not a backpackers atmosphere or options to meet other travelers. Very clean, option to do your own laundry for free. Close to the tourist attractions. We got a good rest here

Location is near to sights in Georgetown. Beautiful decor. but more like a Hotel than a hostel, no centralised chill out place. Perfectly fine but maybe not suitable to be listed on Hostel world?

Staff were friendly, they had thought of some really nice extras like shower bags, toiletries, sliders for the showers, water dispenser etc. felt really safe, bed was comfy. Not a party hostel but really close to main bars. Didn’t hear any noise from bars at night

The staff here are excellent and it is much cleaner than other places. It is noisy but it didn’t stop me sleeping.
