Space Hostel

Ik meerdere nachten weken maanden daar verbleven zeer klote dieven junkies alcoholisten en mensen die w8 op een oppertunities. Daarnaast al maanden echt maanden in verbouwing. 6 uur smoren begint het geschreeuw van de bouw vakpers in de hostel. Triest. En dan krijg je e Ook nog een klap van de personeel niks kunnen terug doen politie bellen en dan zeggen ze we gaan jou verdienen. Diep triest toevallig gisteren al m'n zaken bij openbaar ministerie geseponeerd. . Je mag me bellen 0031684671446

Could be one of the worst hostel experiences: 1. Paid way too much money and there weren’t event lockers 2. The only bathroom was very dirty most of the time with water everywhere 3. Supposedly there is a no alcohol or food inside the room policy which nobody followed and all the guys over there were pretty hammered and you could hear all the noise they made 4. Somebody stole some cereal bars I had bought for myself that I left on top of the rooms shelf (no lockers) 5. Each train trip is 3.30...

no lo recomiendo todo el tiempo hace mucho calor en la habitación es imposible estar o si quiera dormir con tanto calor adentro

La réservation initiale n’a pas été respecté, nous avons été placé dans le dortoir de 16 lits, à la place de 8, la propreté n’était pas au rendez vous, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la cuisine. Aucun remboursement, ni aucun geste de leur part.

Un baño para 8 personas mas la gente del lugar mas cualquier que llegaba. En las fotos parece un super hostel y es un hostel medio pelo. No es malo, pero no destaca en nada.

La limpieza terrible , parece que nunca hicieran aseo, la terraza siempre está sucia y mal ubicada, se que es un hostal low cost, pero por ese valor que pagamos hubiera encontrado hotel con habitación, adicionalmente esto está fuera de Ámsterdam en Zaamdan y por este hecho es difícil encontrar transporte que no sea eurorail una zona hermosa pero el sintió requiere urgente limpieza y mejor atención especialmente en la cocina esa nevera nunca la limpian hay comida en descomposición de mese...

Bathroom was always flooded. Overly tight quarters. 12 people in about 100sq m. The staff also work the burger joint downstairs so there is never anyone at reception. They try to do both but can’t do either.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I wanted to explore outskirts of Amsterdam. The place is located in quaint and peaceful area. Check-in and check out was pretty smooth. Staff probably the owner himself was quite helpful and helped me store my bag after checkout for free. The rooms were little warm at the night but for the price it is definitely worth it. Pro-tip- If you are coming to amsterdam during peak time, you can stay here as the distance is hardly 20 minutes from Amsterdam central.

Wenn ihr dort hingeht seid ihr selber schuld.die haben uns nach strich und faden verarscht. haben für eine nacht knapp 100 euro gezahlt weil die meinten wir müssen 2 betten nehmen obwohl es obline ging mit einem Bett im zimmer mit uns war ein Kraker alter mann hat uns angesteckt mit husten und was weiss ich alles. die waren zwar halbwegs nett zu uns aber man hat gemerkt das die uns nur ausnehmen wollten also wer da hinfährt ist selber schuld.

Love the Place, really friendly and helpful

The hostel was very bad and congested. Also, cleaning was not good. Very terrible situation and there was no staff for anything to help.

Clean sheets and clean shared toilet If you insist in "Camping" here in Summer, MUST bring these to enjoy 1. A Porter-to drag your luggage up the only entrance to the hostel-small narrow SPIRAL stair case 2. Air freshener 3. Mosquito repellant - good amount to last till sunrise 4. Mini Fan- to avoid opening the window as - mosquito family waiting outside 5. Go to the open air terrace and experience drinking beer/smoking in wasteland 6. Cancelation plan or BACK UP accommodation plan.

Though I didn't even end up staying the night, the staff were really helpful even though they were busy working below in the takeaway. Great security with coded rooms and all members that I met were very nice. Overall brilliant place that I'd recommend for anyone staying near amsterdam 👍!

The location is good, but the facilities are not that great.

Well run place, everybody was respectful.

Amazing host/owner, very welcoming and willing to accommodate any needs that you may have. Amazing location, close to lots of great places to eat and to experience the real reason you’re there😉. Fairly close to the train station (around 10-15mins walk) and a fair amount of high street shops (primark etc). I highly recommend!

Good basic hostel if you don't mind sharing a room without en suite facilities.

1 bathroom for 12-14 people. There was a line all the time, we had to wait an hour in the morning. There were way too many beds stacked in one room and barely enough space to leave our luggage. Ideal for having a bed for a night but with not much comfort.
