Got food poisoning because of them. They let me pay for things still.
- Motorbike rental process. The motorbike broke down and the owner of the property who rented us the bike didn't deal with the issue acceptably. Never issue non-functional motorbikes. It was very dangerous for us as the motorbike could've broken down in traffic due to your negligence.

- Nous sommes très déçus du personnel qui n’était pas très agréable. Les vélos loués ne sont pas prêts à l’utilisation lorsque vous en avez besoin et c’est à vous même de gonfler vos pneus, pendant que le propriétaire vous regarde faire. Seulement 3 vélos sont en état correct (pas de lumière). Il faut savoir qu’il y a 30 à 40 minutes de vélo pour atteindre le centre ville de Tam Coc. Nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin de notre séjour. Nous étions conscients qu’ils ne nous rembourseraient pas la nuit, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un geste commercial quand nous avons demandé de nous emmener au village de Tam Coc. Soit disant le prix du taxi est fixe. Par surprise, le taxi est finalement le propriétaire lui-même. Le prix de la chambre nous semble élevé par rapport aux prestations.
+ The breakfast was one of the best I had at a hostel in Vietnam.
- The room was very humid and had an unpleasant smell to it. The curtains on the beds were half ripped and overall the beds felt similar to prison beds.
+ There was a platform for my movement exercise with a nice view. Rooms and beds were good quality
- Super noisy street... and why was there trash all over the place? It felt like a dump, honestly. Very far away from most of the cool spots. There was one nice staff member and the others made me feel awkward. Honestly this might have been my biggest let down in my year of traveling, being here made me sad. I really thought it was going to be an epic hostel. This place could be cleaned up nicely and more welcoming staff would be awesome, but the noise of the highway isn't going anywhere, sadly...

- Lokalizacja , w okolicy nie ma nic nic ciekawego oprócz dwóch miejsc do zwiedzenia które równie dobrze można zwiedzić na rowerze mieszkając w Tam Coc

Quite split on my opinion of this place, so ill give a simple pros and cons: Pros: - located walking distance from the Trang An boat rides - options for renting mopeds at good price - offers free breakfast and other meals for a decent price - ambience is very relaxing Cons: - wifi is very bad - cleanliness was lacking in bathrooms - quite out of the way - meaning to get to other places you need taxi/rent moped
+ The staff was really Nice and the hôtel is near Trang An boats and not far from Hoa Lu ancient capital.
- We uses one private room. They are in the lobby réception. Therefore, we could hear people (really clearly) talking until 11 PM and people taking their breakfast starting from 7 AM. The sheets and the towels were clean but still with stains.

+ Excelente lugar para sumergirse en la naturaleza y descansar. Me hospedé en el dormitorio compartido y siempre sentí privacidad y silencio. Los espacios comunes son muy cómodos, está todo bien cuidado y la piscina es un tremendo plus. La atención es fenomenal. Cada día cambian las toallas y te dejan agua. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. Absolutamente disfrutado y sin duda volvería
- Quizás sería bueno considerar un baño extra para uso del dormitorio.

+ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und gute Lage. Alles ist sehr ruhig, perfekt wenn man Entspannung sucht. Zum Bootsanleger kann man laufen.
+ Such a beautiful place: the hostel and the surroundings. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. A great value! Free breakfast, bottle of water, and towels.
- It’s not easy to get on your own, but the hosts arranged transportation right from my hostel in Hanoi for a very reasonable price.

+ The view was amazing! Felt unreal to wake up with that view! The place was very peaceful and everyone was very nice! The beds were spacious and comfortable! The staff was nice, the breakfast as well, and they give you tips on where to go. The location is convenient to bike around Trang An, and the hostel has bikes. Would like to have stayed for longer!
- The bikes need maintenance, as the breaks did not work very well

+ El alojamiento se encuentra en un entorno natural precioso. Además la atención que recibimos allí por parte de los empleados fue estupenda.
+ Loved our stay at Freedom Hood. The private room we had was spacious, clean, and quiet. We also had a great day cycling around the area on the free bikes that are available. Go to Mom’s and Wow; two amazing local restaurants/cafes.
- Nothing. The only slight downside is the proximity to the main road which makes sitting out in the garden less peaceful than other locations mentioned above. But it didn’t impact our stay in any way, and actually makes it easier to reach the boating faster than other places by foot!

+ This is THE best place to stay in Ninh Binh. I loved everything about my stay here. It is run by a welcoming family who do their absolute best to accommodate their guests and the location is just perfect! I’ve stayed in many places in Vietnam, and this was my favorite.
