Il Chiostro Hostel and Hotel

Es gibt leider kein anderes Hostel in Alessandria. Das Personal war nett, aber Kommunikation ist NUR in italienisch möglich. Das Bad war auch nicht sauber. Und der Boden war sehr dreckig. Informationen wohl teilweise veraltet. 🇺🇸 Unfortunately there is no other Hostel in Alessandria. Staff was friendly but can ONLY speak Italian. Bathroom wasn't clean and the floor was really dirty. Information on site probably outdated.

la struttura è un po' datata, ma offre i servizi essenziali, bagni non troppo pulito e porte un po' da rivedere, il letto era pulito e con coperte a disposizione, l'armadio è spazioso e dotato di serratura con chiave. un po' confusionario il personale...per mio conto, il prezzo un po' Alto rispetto all offerta.

Location davvero molto bella, l’ho vissuta poco ma molto bella, è il mio primo ostello in Italia e sinceramente ho trovato il prezzo abbastanza elevato, non c’è zona cucina, ci sono due microonde, c’è il frigo volendo e le posate sono da chiedere alla reception. Personale super disponibile e gentile .

The WiFi was quite weak in my dorm. Also very quiet but the property is very unique and nice. I had an enjoyable night there

Il personale era molto gentile e potevamo prenotare la stanza molto spontaneamente. In più il monastero si trovava in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Comunque, per questo prezzo abbastanza alto la stanza e soprattutto il bagno non erano ben puliti e la macchinetta di caffè non funzionava.

die Location des Hostels ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Innenhof, ich konnte mein Motorrad im Hof parken. Als ich dort war war das Hostel allerdings sehr verlassen, ich war alleine im 9 Betten Schlafsaal. Als alleine Reisende Frau war es etwas gruselig. Falls man etwas früher anreist gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck abzustellen da niemand vor Ort ist und einen herein zu lassen.

A kitchen facility would have been useful

El lugar no está mal, pero se nota que es un edificio viejo, mucha humedad, se siente el olor y mucho frío.. no tiene cocina, solo microondas punto en contra para mí.

Ostello comodo e ben tenuto

Sehr schön gelegenes, großes und erholsames Hostel, es gibt leider keine Kochmöglichkeiten, aber es gibt sehr viel Platz durch die Räumlichkeiten des Klosters.

Este lugar es lo que todo viajero necesita. Gracias por todo.

Had to make a stop in Alessandria bc I took the wrong train and it was getting late, arrived there a bit stressed. The staff was so so friendly, they even helped me carry my luggage and offered tips on where to go for food. :) The location is next to a church and so quiet and peaceful at night! Had the best night of sleep there. Interior is very simple.

It's okay. Good place if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two. There isn't too much to see in Alessandria. They had nice lockers you didn't need your own lock to. Beds were super loud tho. And it was kinda cold all the time. (maybe that's just me) But fairly clean and very kind staff! (:
