- Le pedí a la persona quedarme en otra cama puesto que la mía estaba delante del aire acondicionado que a veces ponen a 21 grados y me dijo sin ningún esfuerzo que no había más libre, cual fue mi sorpresa que minutos más tarde se fue una chica dejando una libre
- it was a nightmare. Swimming pool was under repair when I got there, looked like it was being painted, so obviously there was not even water in it. The place is on a hill and a bit far from the beach. There was absolutely no notice on Booking.com or at check in bout the swimming pool situation. I arrived sick and at midnight so I realized the next day and still had to say there one more night. i had booked for the entire week but moved to another hotel on day two; they refused to reimburse at first and the girl that did my check in had the audacity to tell me to my face that there was a notice on Booking.com and ALSO that she told me about the situation at check in, both 100% bs, just to try and getting away with not reimbursing. They did in the end after much arguing with three different people, needless to say there´s no way they can pay for my ruined vacation, stress and having to try and find a new place with a pool to move mid-stay because there weren´t many available options by then. Also worth mentioning, nobody came in to clean by bedroom in those two days.
- when I arrived (on a Saturday evening) there was a very loud party with DJ happening on the roof of the hostel that made it impossible to sleep. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t help me out because I went through Booking, so I had to pay for 2 nights that I didn’t use. Terrible customer service.

- La ubicación. Está súper lejos, subiendo una cuesta larguísima y encima hay un perro que muerde en el camino. Las instalaciones. Los baños están fatal. No hay para colgar la ropa en un sitio donde de el sol. Las duchas muy mal también. Y encima tienes que estar subiendo y bajando escaleras continuamente para todo. Además durante mi semana en el hostel la electricidad ha estado sin funcionar correctamente más de la mitad de los días Precio carísimo en relación a la calidad Siento que Viajero ha descuidado mucho la marca en este Hostel de Sayulita
+ Staff were friendly however my room stank of stale cigarette smoke and was generally not very clean. When I brought it up I was offered for it be cleaned but nothing else. You can’t clean out the smell of stale smoke with general housekeeping. I requested to shorten my stay and moved to another hotel. All my belongings smelt of stale smoke from it. I’ve stayed at 2 other Viajeros and found this one very disappointing.

Awful, awful awful. When solo travelling to sayulita and thought let me switch between hostels, worst decision. The staff completely humiliated me by calling another guy over and accused me of being ‘involved in sexual activities’ in the dorms! Completely degrading experience as a first time solo FEMALE traveller. After explaining that they must be mistaken, they kept going and going with the claims. VERY EMBARRASSING! I would highly recommend going to la redonda in the town instead!!!best p...
One of the worst attention I've had from staff, and I say it only because the experience girl (Victoria) is very rude, not at all helpful... she likes to argue with the guests (at least in my case), they should take care of the customer service in the Hostel since it is an excellent place, with good facilities, cleanliness, and all the other Staff staff they do an excellent job as in reception and the whole Hostel, but bad experiences with Victoria make her feel very bad everything
NOT a hostel. Overpriced, no atmosphere, not good for solo travelers. The rude man at the reception refused to refund (or do anything accommodating) when I became violently ill from THEIR food! I only ate at the hostel the last 2 days and became rlly sick, so did many other guests! I’ve gotten sick at hostels before and they tried their best to update me to a better room, & refunded. Feels like a frat house, rather than a hostel. There is constant construction by the pool - rlly loud. Towels $...

- Place was booked up and left empty. Pool had people swimming there not staying at hotel. Bad atmosphere. Not fun. Would not recommend.

I had a great time at Viajero in Sayulita! The staff is great! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are really clean and beds are super comfy.

+ Es un hostel muy cómodo, el personal luz y nico muy amables, siempre a disposición si necesitas algo. Si venís solo se hacen dinámicas para que conozcas gente, se hacen actividades en todo el día, así que hay mucho que hacer adentro. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, la piscina y toda el aérea común super limpio.
It was amazing, the staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the atmosphere, it was very social and had a great pool and hang out areas.

Book this hostel now ! It's one of the best hostel I've been in my life, I had such a great time ! I travel solo and I've met so many nice people ! The staff is amazing and really do everything to help you have a good time and meet people with activities every night ! Feels like a luxury hostel but doesn't feel that big. It's close to the beach and restaurants. I couldn't recommand more ! Thank you so much to the staff !

Great place to stay with yoga every morning and a pool on the roof with so many amazing activities. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help :-) Vamos à la playa!
Great place to stay in Sayulita. Hostel is very social and has daily events each night - great place for solo travellers/meeting other travellers. Wifi in the coworking space is also great/perfect if you work remotely or have video calls.

Super solid! Social enough but not a party hostel. Clean, good beds, and lots of areas to chill.

+ La ubicación y las instalaciones. El respeto de las viajeras de mi cuarto, muy lindas de respetar el ruido y luz para no molestar el sueño de las de demás (cuarto femenino)
- Que hacen falta actividades diferentes y enfocan mucho el hostal a los extranjeros y los mexicanos nos podemos llegar a sentir excluidos. Les falta variedad de platillos para desayunar (más mexicano)

+ It's a typical top tier hostel. I was in a private room and it had all of what you would expect. I was told the dorms were confortable too. Breakfast was very good and a convenient option. The hostel has many on-site activities where you can meet people as well as a layout that favours sociability. I didn't do any of their off-sites but there are numerous, including surf daytrips, walks to sunset, pubcrawl etc.
- I thought the drinks menu and their rooftop bar was just a little pricy, though all of the cocktails were delicious and generous.
