The location is of course very good and I must say the bad reviews saying that the staff was not the best need to consider their say. The kitchen is very run down but it has it’s charms as the silverware is limited but very efficient in return. It is a hostel not a hotel so don’t expect anything fancy but make it a opportunity to explore Venice!

The hostel is very well located on the island and close to Piazza San Marcos! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help! I highly recommend staying here ✨

Camere e bagno davvero sporchi

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the beds were large and comfortable. My locker was outside my room which was not ideal, but other rooms had lockers inside. No soap in the bathroom, staff weren’t rude but weren’t very friendly either. Great location less than ten minutes from San Marco’s Basilica. Our window screen was locked on so we couldn’t reach outside to shut the blinds, but somehow I still left with several mosquito bites. Overall it had all we needed to enjoy a weekend in ...

Gostamos do local, pra quem quer passar de 1-2 dias em Veneza, recomendo. Só se prepare pra andar caso resolva caminhar da estação pra acomodação! Só um pouco do mal cheiro do quarto que incomodou um pouco, mas de resto tranquilo

I arrived got my bed assignment and locker. One thing they do is you have to leave your key at the front door every time you leave. Well I came back twice and both times they gave me the wrong key my stuff could have easily been stolen from my locker. Second, once I got back to settle in for the night my bed was already slept in all messed up, no clean bedding. Look closer look at my bed I could see bed bugs in the mattress and mosquitoes all over the roof. Took my stuff to a hotel for the night

Mon amie et moi avons été agréablement surprise ! Nous ne nous attentions à rien de bien, car c’est l’hostel le moins cher de Venise et qu’il a beaucoup de mauvaises notes. Mais elles ne sont clairement plus d’actualité ! La chambre et la salle de douche étaient très propre ; nettoyer régulièrement et les draps étaient niquel (même pas peur de marcher à pied nus dans la sdb haha) Le personnel était un peu froid, mais il suffit de leurs faire quelques blagues pour les amado...

L’établissement est super bien situé et les chambres sont top !! Nous étions en dortoirs 6 places mixte et tout s’est très bien passé !! Il y a une douches et un toilette pour la chambre. Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel super cool et accueillant ! Petit bémol pour la cuisine mis à dispo qui manque de matos pour cuisiner (genre une passoire pour écouter les pâtes) pour le teste tout était parfait :)

Reviews were awful so I expected it to be bad. After staying in 40 hostels around the world I did have issues with the place. Amazing location, great chargers & pillows & AC. Shower was clean but broken. Reviews said the sheets were going to be dirty but they fixed this because all of the sheets were washed & clean. But I dont know if it was the mosquitoes flying into the room or the bed bugs in the duvet cover & mattress, but I have more that 60 bug bites after just 3 nights. Bring Bug Spray.

Kitchen was not very well stocked or clean, there were barely any cutlery and the pots and pans were very worn down. There was also not any hand soap in the bathroom - unhygienic. There is a rule about leaving your key in the reception whenever you go out, not check out, just when you leave for the day or so, which is weird and makes it feel less safe. There was a ton of mosquitoes when we were there and we got a bunch of bites.

I could walk literally everywhere 😊 on the other hand, I read the reviews before stating here... they weren't lying. the bathroom smells, I left the fan on the first evening and it got rid of the worst of the smell of mildew but the next day it smelled like an outhouse 🤷 keep the door closed I guess. Also was not a fan of the snot smeared on the wall of my top bunk or the ✨ slightly✨ stained top sheet. Still, the location was great and overall comfortable vibes in the building.

Lo único bueno del hostel es su ubicación. Mala limpieza, el olor que salía de las tuberías del baño era desagradable, pocos baños, espacio en común reducido a unas pocas mesas con sillas, cada vez que salías debías dejar tu llave en recepción (misma llave del locker donde guardabas tus cosas). Definitivamente no recomendaríamos ni volveríamos.

Hostel doesn't over much. Kitchen, Lockers and bed. Most worrying thing is that they have house rule of dropping your key of at reception when leaving the building. Its very inconsistent because not all staff presses the subject. But its bs because that means you do not have total security of your valuables left in the locker. They ask you to drop the key on the reception desk, take a foto of it and grab it when your back. Anyone can easily take your key when the receptionist leaves his post.

Better than the reputation. I like the plug in the locker. It was clean and all you need to see the city - no place to hang out itself.
