Enjoy Santander

The female stuff was extremely rude and kept her phone volume at maximum even at night. When I asked her to turn it down, she said ‘this is a hostel, that’s just how it is’ - completely lacking in manners and courtesy. When no one was around, she would constantly talk to herself and loudly complain about being bored. She was the noisiest person there!

You will not consider my review but staying in the hostel two nights Just after half august at the end of my holiday. How Can you even expert People to like this place? It is a cement bunker in a unattractive neighbourhood. It has no vibe, Just embarrasing. And no space, I mean the kitchenette is crammed between a room, the front desk and the lobby, It being a cement bunker, It gets real hot at night, the only option is to open the window and stay awake all night with the noise of traffic and ye

The people who worked in the hostel were really nice, I did not like the location were the hostel was, when I arrived there was the whole time a strange smell like something burned in the microwave. Kitchen had nothing really to prepare a meal. The vibe in the hostel to connect was missing. I did not really like it and would not book it again. 1 night in Santander is enough.

The hostel is in a great location and staff friendly. The hostal was empty when we arrived but we weren't allowed to check in and had to leave bags in reception by the door and hope for the best. We got the whole room to ourself however. The bed pods are good. The mattress is thin and you have to make the bed yourself. But everything is very clean and the location is great. Would stay again if I wanted a quiet place to sleep.

En general el lugar es bueno, limpio, buena ubicación y las camas cómodas. Sin embargo, hay un horario en el cual no puedes hacer uso de los espacios en común que comienza desde las 23:00 en adelante. Gracias a eso es muy tranquilo todo en el lugar, pero me parece una exageración no poder prepararse si quiera un té, luego de esa hora si te apetece, considerando que somos personas adultas y con criterio quienes estamos llegando a dormir ahí y no efectuamos sonido durante la noche.

Hostel was great however the room was incredibly hot and it was very noisy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Tolle Lage. Das Personal war super lieb und bemüht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das ist bei sehr hohen Temperaturen draußen echt nicht so angenehm. Das Hostel ist recht klein, hat ein paar sehr große Zimmer, bei denen die Tür immer offen stand. Es gibt aber auch kleinere Zimmer.

Molto pulito ed accogliente. Zona prossima al centro molto comoda.

La única contra es que la cocina no esta muy equipada para cocinar, pero todo lo demas fantastico!

Ospitalità piacevolissima in questo ostello che è una chicca di grande qualità e soprattutto veramente economico. Pulitissimo e molto tranquillo perfetto per riposare e ricaricare le batterie per ripartire alla grande per visitare la città e la costa della Cantabria. Grazie mille per la disponibilità e la gentilezza. Raccomando vivamente il soggiorno qui.

Hostel tranquilo con buena ubicación y personal muy amable. Las camas súper cómodas con cortinas para mayor privacidad y la limpieza de 10. Muy recomendable!! Volveré!!

Amazing hostel, very clean and modern and the facilities and staff were lovely. Not super social and the atmosphere was a lot quieter.

I liked staying here. Nice staff and people there. It was clean, the beds have curtains and you even can hang up your clothes to dry properly. And the bus station is only a 20 minute walk from the hostel. Can highly recommend it.

I had a lovely stay! It’s great if you’re looking for something quiet but that’s close to the restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and the hostel was very clean!

Overall a good hostel. It's inside a residential building: at 11pm it's forbidden to stay in common rooms, with the consequence that's not possible to socialise. Quite weird for an hostel where usually the chance to meet people is fundamental. That means you want to stay there just for the cheap price. Location in the city is good.

Las instalaciones muy bien en general, personal amable y atento. Recomendable, repetiría.

Excellent hostel! Comfy beds, perfect location and cozy atmosphere. It wasn't very social when i was there (maybe because of Easter) but the staff was very friendly :)
