left my bags in storage got them back drenched in water, thank god my laptop was with me

Heel arrogant personeel. Zijn alleen maar aan het zorgen dat zijzelf en hun vrienden het leuk hebben. Ze kijken niet om naar de gasten. Feesten vanaf ‘s ochtends tot ‘s avonds laat met zichzelf in het hostel (zonder gasten) en wanneer gasten vragen of de oorverdovende muziek die 24/7 aanstaat zachter mag krijg je een arrogante reactie en ogen die draaien. Snap niet dat dit soort mensen in de gastvrijheids sector mogen werken en de manager dit allemaal accepteert. Bizar slecht.

Horrible place

Space is extremely clean, beds comfortable, AC works great, and showers are hot with good pressure. They have a great system for check in. However out of all the hostels I’ve stayed in this was the least pleasant. It’s a constant party vibe which is of course sometimes fun, and some travelers want that. But there are literally no spaces to hang out where it’s peaceful and quiet, nowhere to make a call, read, etc because of the constant high energy reggaeton/ club music until 11pm everyday.

advertised as having a hot tub but the water does not get hot--only bubbles. reception explained that hot tubs doesnt have to be hot ?

To much noice for nothing Don’t go there

Impossible to sleep due to the constant partying, the staff played very loud music until well after 2 am in the morning. We did not feel respected when we asked the staff to turn the music down, they just did not seem to care. Rooms are poorly isolated so there was no escaping the noise. The noise problem is in line with other reviews we have seen on e.g. Google (unfortunately too late, otherwise we would never have booked at Che Hostel).

Honestly one of the worse hostels I’ve stayed in, felt the staff were very inexperienced & not helpful. The private rooms are not sound proof at all. Be warned you will get 0 sleep, while the music is on loud till early hours in the morning & people screaming & jumping in the pool naked. Horrible atmosphere.

Why 9.5 crappy hostel deserves 7. DORMS lumpy mattresses SHOWERS slippery floors check hot water?…TOILETS: check door closes toilets flush and tissues. KITCHEN: OMG locked bet 10pm-7am badly equipped 30 mins to boil an egg struggling fridge 1 x water fountain on site locked in kitchen have to stand in baking pm sun to use, … no coffee on tap or clothesline…terrible key system GARDEN dry and uninviting …aging cracked lifting wooden deck exposed rusty nails is your TETNUS current? LOU...

Tours from here (eg chichen itza) are overpriced and not very good, staff for some reason were unable to give any useful information about the tours. The hostel doesn’t have much social activity either as the communal area is really just a public restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at Che Valladolid—my first CHE hostel experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Clean rooms, great hot showers, a nice pool, and a good coworking space (music was a bit loud at times, but quickly fixed). Perfect balance of rest, productivity, and social vibe. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

great chill stay, theres a pool, pool table and they serve breakfast/coffee - Amy was a particularly helpful member of staff when I had questions or required something, she really deserves a raise - great job guys keep it up

Very chill hostel in Valladolid. The pool was great and necessary for the heat. The dorms were very nice, only the ac sometimes didn’t work, but I think that was due to general power shortages in Valladolid. Great location and good facilities, but cleanliness could be improved in the bathrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Amy :) Would definitely recommend!

Un des meilleures Che Hostel que j’ai fait. Les lieux communs sont vraiment agréables, les chambres aussi, propres et il faisait frais, ça faisait du bien avec les 38 degrés de dehors

We loved this hostel! The rooms are clean and bright, the common area and pool are great and there were lots of clean and spacious bathrooms and showers. Special shoutout to the staff who checked us in (we think francisco and santiago?) and who were sooo accomadating and helpful throughout our stay!

I loved the vibe in this hostel, very nice, chill and social. The staff, Fran, Santi, Victor, Amy and the rest of the team.. you guys are the best and made the start of my vacation truly amazing! Thanks for all the good care, fun times and talks! The capsules are super spacious and comfortable. The hostel is clean, has a nice pool, is located nearby the main plaza and the ADO busstation is about a 10-15 minute walk.

The private rooms are lovely, but the kitchen is a real letdown, one pot, one pan, and barely any cutlery or utensils. For a hostel that advertises a kitchen and doesn’t offer breakfast, that’s simply not enough. The yoga class also didn’t run and guests weren’t notified in advance, not even via the WhatsApp group. Small fixes, but they’d make a big difference, even something simple like free morning coffee could go a long way in bringing guests together and creating a warmer atmospher...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good kitchen and facilities. Amy at reception helped me with all my questions about the local area and what to do.

¡Tuve una estancia increíble en Hostel Che! El lugar estaba súper limpio y perfectamente ubicado ideal para explorar todo caminando. La recepcionista Amy, junto con todo el personal, fueron muy amables, atentos y realmente encantadores! Hicieron la experiencia aún mejor. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo si visitas Valladolid!

Nice hostel and the reception staff were friendly, but there was no social atmosphere at all. Also, my food that was labelled with my name and check out date was thrown out by the cleaning staff…

Seemed like a great hostel. I was only in Valladolid for a night but almost wish I'd had longer in order to take better advantage of the pool and enormous common areas. Only suggestion would be to have more than one staff member taking care of the hostel guests. There were three bar staff who were completely idle while I was waiting forever to check in after a long journey. That aside, was a pretty flawless stay.

Lovely stay at Che hostel. Nice vibe? But worth noting the music can be heard from most of the rooms until around 10/11. But really lovely and helpful staff and the private room was lush
