The reason for the low rating is not only for the criteria set that can only be experienced after a stay. It is for utter unprofessionalism by the Hotel Carolina staff. My trip was canceled by the hotel 3 hours before my scheduled stay when I was on a flight on the way to Cannes. The reason given was either pay extra money than what was endorsed on the website (that I booked). In case there was an issue with the pricing I expect a decline in booking or at least a cancellation on the same day of...
N étant pas satisfaite de ma 1ere chambre car pas bien insonorisées et moquette tachée, on m a tout de suite proposé une autre chambre qui me convenait mieux. Accueil très agréable. Malgré le bruit du café en bas, très bien situé pour nous. Est situé dans une zone piétonne donc pas accès en voiture mais parking pas très loin.
N being not satisfied with my 1st room because not soundproofed well and carpet stained, I was immediately suggested another room that suited me better. very nice welcome. despite the noise of the cafe downstairs, very well located for us. is located in a pedestrian zone so no car access but parking not very far away.

I spent an excellent stay at the Hotel Caroline in Cannes, so I would like to share my experience, the manager is kind and friendly, the hotel is very very quiet, the maid is very smiling, the room is impeccable!

excellent hotel, I recommend. convenient location just a few steps from the yarn, the train station, surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. were surprised by the excellent hospitality and additional services. rooms are spacious, clean, there is everything necessary. our choice will remain behind this hotel.
great hôtel, amazing location, with very nice staff, the lobby has great attend, the pricing is more than fair, I had a great time, the room looked like it was just recently refurbished! I would go again
Das Hotel Carolina liegt mega zentral, besser geht es nicht👌👌👌und in den Zimmern ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage lässt einen im Sommer angenehm nächtigen 😴. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt 😊. Im Sommer wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und etwas Gebäck konnte man sich zu jeder Zeit nehmen... KOSTENLOS! Carolina ist eine sehr, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Cannes kommen, gerne wieder im Hotel Carolina....
The Hotel Carolina is located in the mega central, better goes it not👌👌👌and in the rooms is still very quiet. The air conditioning allows one to spend a pleasant night in the summer . The rooms were cleaned daily 😊. In the summer no breakfast is served, but coffee, tea, water and some pastries could be taken at any time... FREE! Carolina is a very, very neat and helpful hostess. Should we come to Cannes again, we would love to come back to Hotel Carolina. Thank you very much
Cet Hotel est un petit bijoux situé dans le centre de Cannes.Les chambres sont spacieuses et la propreté irréprochable.De plus la propriétaire Caroline est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Je recommande cet Hotel à 100%.
This hotel is a small jewel located in the center of Cannes.The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness impeccable.Plus the owner Caroline is very caring for her guests.I recommend this hotel 100%.
Schönes kleines Hotel ohne viel Luxus, dafür mit super Lage und zu kleinem Preis. Sehr freundliches und flexibles Personal, kostenloser Kaffee in der Früh, Frühstück gibt's direkt vor der Tür in einem der vielen Cafes. Nicht komplett schalldicht, aber sehr angenehm.
