Indipendentemente dalla cifra pagata, oltetutto non comparabile con altra struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato il giorno seguente a 500 m di distanza e prezzo inferiore, la camera non era ASSOLUTAMENTE adeguata per far dormire degli ospiti. Pessimo!! no reception, staff sempre assente. Appena arrivo chiedono di pagare i 125€ in contanti. Dopo 3 notti mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione impedendomi di fare una recensione. Ho scritto al sito per risolvere. Hanno fatto uguale con un altro cliente su booking mentre ero lì. è un appartamento in un condominio, 5 letti nel salotto No checkin, mi scrivono 20min prima che arrivo chiedendo foti dei documenti serve scaricare app x aprire portone 1 wc per tanta gente 3 armadietti ...

Pros: close to train station and nice staff Cons: upon arrival they told me I could only pay with cash. Way too expensive for what it is. Zone is not so nice. Only one bathroom for the whole place. The first night I slept in a bed that was right next to another bed, everything felt crammed up, pictures are not real and there are actually more beds than they show. The second night I slept in a room with more people that what I had booked. No lockers to protect your stuff.

If you arrive after 8pm, even if it's a self checkin you have to pay a 5€ fee, just to tax you. The kitchen smells cigarette very hard. Light broken at the entrance, means the owner barely comes in. Very expensive for what it is. If you're 2, don't waste 35€ for a bed in a shared room and take an Airbnb for 45€ ...

O lugar não é um hostel. É um airbnb compartilhado com self check-in. Fica localizado perto da estação, porém não há nenhuma sinalização de qual andar se situa o hostel (é num prédio residencial que só abre a porta por interfone). Tive que acionar o dono por whatsapp para abrir pra mim. Na descrição menciona que o pagamento pode ser feito via cartão mas o proprietário solicitou o pagamento via transferência e disse que se fosse pagar via cartão sairia mais caro. Conclusã...

This is an appartement transformed in hostel. There is no hostel vibes at all. The women on the phone wasn't nice. Also, I had to pay 5€ just to leave my back earlier than the checking that is at 3pm. If you look for a good vibes hostel and meeting people, go to another place.

The place itself was fine, but the managers really made my experience stressful and problematic. I arrived at 10 in the morning and texted to know if i could leave my bag, but they didn't reply even if i could see they were online. They replied an hour later just asking for the money. I believe good communication and kindness are also important when you manage an hostel and i didnt find it there, I didn't feel welcome at all. I regret booking this hostel

Estas son algunas de mis observaciones respecto a mi experiencia en el establecimiento. En primer lugar, me resultó muy complejo encontrar la ubicación del lugar. En segundo lugar, a pesar de que había avisado vía email que iba a llegar a las 19:30 hs, tuve que esperar 20 minutos hasta que finalmente llegó la persona encargada y me permitió el ingreso. Un lugar lindo para quedarse en Parma. Cerca a la estación y supermercados. Las personas que trabajan allá son un encanto, en especial Abir, muy atenta a todo. Seguramente volveré.

Greatly enjoyed my stay here! Reception was very quick in terms of communication, and so helpful to us as our transportation was delayed and caused concerns for check-in. Our room was even upgraded for the entire two night stay at no extra charge. Defintely recommend as staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the location is about a 20 minute walk from the city center.

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, buena relación calidad-precio. Está re bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, sobre todo Abir, siempre estuvo pendiente.

The place was good. I found the check-in procedure a little bit complicated, but Abir was so kind and helpful with this process 👌

It was a perfect night ! Good communication, Amazing staff and everything you need at disposition. Also, perfect location.
