It was the dirtiest place that I ever stayed, even when I ordered the cleaner to our room it was not clean ( I doubt is somebody actually went there) the beds frames were so disgusting also the floor near beds. Kitchen for guests also, you had microwave but no dishes to use XD. And the bed probably had bed bugs...

BED BUG INFESTATION!! The whole room was completely infested with beg bugs and bed bug eggs. We were bitten in the night. We woke up at 6am to the noise of heavy machinery from the building site next door which shook the entire room. The mattress seams were covered in bed bugs, our bags, our shoes and clothes were infested and I even found an egg on my arm 1 day later when sat on the plane (after 2 showers). The staff did not care when we had to cancel our additional night and said that they'd "note it down" regarding the bed bugs. They couldn't offer us a refund and that we had to go through booking.com, I have had no follow up since. They had clothes washing facilities but could not give us tokens. They offered us a bottle of water. We've had expensive laundrette charges and had to throw clothes / shoes away to stop them infesting our houses. Please avoid this hostel, the cheap rooms are not worth it

Terrible. Water simply stopped to come out in the shower for 15 min in the morning. Warm and Cold. I'm okay for doing my bed, but my had red stains on it. Disgusting. Room was pretty dirty. My sister got bed bugs bites. There is a huge build up in the area, so the bulldozers and stuff make a lot of noise right after 7am. Since there is no ventilation, you have to open the windows, so you have a lot of noise the whole night. There are only usb outlets at the beds, which - of course - are broken.

We all know what a blood dot stained sheet means(bed bugs), and the sheet provided had a lot of those dots. I checked the mattress, pillows and the other sheets and there were no bugs and were spot clean, however, just seeing the dots of what could've been there at some point was bad enough. I repeat, there were no bugs, just one stained washed sheet.

I had to wait 40 minutes to check in after a long day of travelling as the check- in procedure is so inefficient. The beds also have bed bugs and as a result I woke up in the morning with bites all over my body.

Check in took about 45 minutes. My friend's bed had bed bugs. Most of the facilities in the lobby were broken. The kitchen had approx 500 flys, but thankfully all I needed was hot water. Other guests were polite and friendly.

The room was full of trash, the housekeepers don’t do their job properly. There are many mattresses full of dust and bed bugs.

horrible experience! The room was very dirty, it smelled very bad and it was obvious that they had not been cleaned for a long time. I woke up with bites on my body from bedbugs, I do not recommend this hostel at all

BED BUGS - DO NOT GO!!!! I was horrified to wake up in the 2nd morning of my stay covered in bed bug bites. When I told reception this they informed me that they could not refund my accommodation until they had checked and confirmed, because the presence of 100’s of bite marks all over my body wasn’t enough. According to them, there are no bed bugs and I got them from a bus, doesn’t explain the bites on my feet… They’re refusing to take any responsibility. Absolutely disgusting!
