City Hotel Kaiserhof

they didnt let us check in earlier and the bed are so uncomfortable 346 francs for two nights was too much for what was offered

When I got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door that stated guests would be unable to enter the property from 11 PM to 6:30 AM. My entire purpose for visiting Frankfurt was to see a concert, and I would not have booked if I was given warning of this maintenance issue ahead of my check-in. Upon telling the staff that I would not be staying there, they were rude and offered me a free breakfast upon my next visit -- as if there would be one.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were welcoming and helpful, very kind as we arrived early and even let us check in early. The room was perfect for what we needed, and was close to the Offenbach train station. Short walk to bars/restaurants/shops. Loved the windows/view, and beds were comfy.

Abbiamo alloggiato per un breve weekend fra Francoforte e Offenbach. Struttura perfetta, stanze con tutti i servizi necessari, letti comodi, bagni puliti e ben serviti. Personale gentile e posizione molto comoda, vicinissima alla stazione e a pochi passi dalle vie centrali dove mangiare e uscire la sera. Prezzo super! Lo consigliamo assolutamente

This hotel was wonderfull. I love it! Personal very kind, the hotel is beautiful inner. Room was excellent with clean, bathroom very clean, light into the room very nice. Its decoration and environment inspire peace and calm. I recommiend definitively we come back. Thank you hotel and congratulation for do our stay affordable.

Great value for money, nice clean room, very quiet, felt a bit unsafe walking around the area at night but beautiful and no concerns during the day. Would recommend staying here!

I would recommend this hotel to Everyone, it is so Centrally Located, clean room, ftiendly stuff and very affordable.
