Hostel is the middle of moody streets, the room is disgusting, I strongly advise not to go.
The biggest problem is, surroundings of this hostel is very very bad. There are so many options other then this available. I think the rating this property has on the website is inaccurate. Please check rating on google once as well before booking from the website.
Avoid this place, especially women. I asked the owner to buy a train ticket for me, he lied and said that I should buy all my train tickets with him because all tbe trains in india are sold out because of the school holidays. He then for 2 hours, tried to sell me a trip for over €1000. I insisted i only wanted the first 2 tickets of my journey and then he overcharged me and i ended up spending €80 for 2 train tickets. ive had no problem getting tickets since & at most €15 per journey

Mi peor experiencia en un hostel , más si viajas sol@.. Realmente muy sucio. Si sos mujer y viajas sola es realmente muy incomodo todo el personal , no porque sean todos hombres , si no porque te miran como que te van a devorar ! Recargue mi celular por 1 mes y solo el internet me duró 2 días . No hay ambiente de viajeros , ni es un lugar con buena energía ..
Super unsichere Umgebung, die Mitarbeiter sind nett aber versuchen nur zu verkaufen bzw reden gebuchten Touren etc enorm schlecht! Manche bekamen Handtücher und Klopapier, andere nicht. Die Zimmer waren nicht abschließbar, die Straße hat man trotz der nicht vorhandenen Fenster deutlich beim Schlafen gehört und es gibt keine Community Area.
Super unsafe environment, the Staff are nice but only trying to sell or drive booked tours etc. tremendously bad! some got Handbags and Toilet Paper, others didn't. the Rooms were unlockable, the Street is clearly heard while sleeping despite the lack of a Window and there is no Community Area.
Etwas gespenstisch und man muss durch kleine gassen um den eingang zu finden. Das zimmer ist in ordnung allerdings nicht einladend und in der nacht kommt starker wind von aussen rein.
The room is in order but not inviting and at night stronger wind comes in from outside.
Felt a little bit unsafe in this hostel. Staff were quite friendly but whole hostel could do with a spruce as it’s quite tired and not much going on. Location is good centrally but it’s down a very dark alleyway and the whole area feels super seedy. Probably wouldn’t recommend to solo female travellers as hardly anyone there.

I stayed at this hostel as a solo female traveler and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed, which is always my top priority when traveling alone.The hostel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious enough even with multiple people sharing. I especially appreciated the secure lockers and controlled access, which made me feel at ease about my belongings.The atmosphere was friendly but not overwhelming.
Staying at this hostel is highly recommended, especially as a solo traveller. I was made to feel welcome, safe and completely at ease.The overall atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, making it easy to connect with others using the hostel. I want to give a shout out and special Thank you! To Amit who genuinely went out if his way to make my stay exceptional. His genuine care and attentiveness made a huge difference, he was ready to help with knowledge of the local area and recommendations.
My stay at Backpackers heaven @ Kuldeep friends hostel was perfect 👌 The room was very clean, the location was safe, the staff were attentive and helpful with further travel arrangements and suggestions. Perfect place for solo female traveller to stay for when in Delhi 🙏🏻🙂
A nice respite from the chaos of Paharganj. Rooms were clean and Amit and the rest of the staff were super friendly and always willing to help out.

When we arrived the hostel building was still being worked on, they literally tried to take us to a separate building that workers were still completing the rooms in. The room we eventually were given was fine but seemed to be one of few that was ready. Pretty weird vibe and definitely feels more like a hotel than a hostel with no social rooms etc.
This hostel is more like a hotel, so make sure you don't expect a social vibe. The room was pretty much as described but a little less polished than the photos and there are no proper windows. Bed was super comfy and shower was a good pressure and temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful with bags, taxi transfer and sim card. When we arrived they promoted their day tour then we didn't hear back from the guy arranging it, it did go ahead despite not confirming/getting an itinerary
Incredible backpackers heaven Kuldeep Freinds hostel ! Very clean rooms. The hotel has an extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. They have a travel desk on house John , who assisted us in planning our entire stay in India! He was amazing and connected us with our driver, Sonu, who has been spectacular! Best driver and guide in all of India! Highly recommend.
Es un Hostal muy Económico. Y Para Ser en India Es muy limpio. Oh almenos la Habitación donde yo me quede Todo estaba muy Limpio. Y el Baño También muy Limpio por que Es muy Difícil encontrar Lugares limpios en India. La gente que Atiende también es Amable

The hostel is undergoing renovations so I was taken to ‘Yes Boss by Backpackers Heaven’ instead. Great hostel, the facilities have everything you need for a good price and there is a great view from the rooftop. Unfortunately no common area but aside from that it was great
Great little hostel just of the main bazar road and you can’t hear the traffic which is nice. They also accommodated for my bicycle which was nice

Abdul, il proprietario dell'agenzia nell'ostello, é stato molto gentile, mi ha aiutata con la prenotazione dei treni, con la sim per il telefono e con il mio successiovo tour in Rajastan. Ogni tanto mi chiedeva se andava tutto bene, lo consiglio
The hostel has a good value for money, it is very close to the train station, 100m walk. abdul, the owner of the agency in the hostel, was very kind, he helped me with the train booking, with the sim by phone and with my successive tour in rajasthan. every now and then he would ask me if everything was going well, I recommend him
