The room is not in the pictures, it was not a sleeping room but the cleaning room or a former patio. Divided by a biombo, with the window of another room giving inside of this “room”. Absolutely bad. At least clean. Unswer from the “owner” to “this is not a room, it’s not the room I choose” was “then go away” … Not recommend at all.

A giant disappointment, which is a shame because I liked the location and it had potential. I booked a private room, but was given a converted terrace (so most of the walls were actually windows). I baked in that oven of a room, and the ‘aircon’ provided was actually a fan. I had to keep the windows open for air, but that meant it was noisy. And the curtains provided were basically transparent, letting the light in all night. Only 1 toilet/shower for 3 rooms so there was a line.

Se trata de una antigua casa decorada con articulos y muebles antiguos con su propia historia lo que tiene su punto interesante pues no es algo habitual. La ubicación esta genial, a unos 10 minutos de la playa más cercana, estación de tren y centro historico. En general todo bastante bien, sin embargo, el precio me pareció algo costoso teniendo en cuenta los servicios que se ofrecian.

Coût très élevé étant donné la chambre avec salle de bains et toilettes partagées. Chambre très sombre donnant sur une cour fermée sans ouverture vers l'extérieur pour aérer...,odeurs et bruits en provenance des autres chambres très gênants. Literie peu confortable.

I was, like other reviewers, "upgraded" to a private room with private bathroom. Unfortunately this room was substantially hotter than the rest of the accommodation, due to it being one level above the rest and only a single room with direct window access. It was incredibly difficult to sleep due to the incredibly high temperatures, easily 28°c+ each night. The rest of the accommodation was great. I simply think this room is not fit for use in the summer.

1. The host refused to speak with me on the phone and insisted that we email back and forth with any question so that he can have proof of our conversation 2. The spaces and especially the room smelled VERY bad of dog urine and just old / dust, not even perfumes helped 3. The bathroom was in a very bad state, with the tub all cracked 4. The doors were very hard to lock / unlock 5. Generally the worst hostel I’ve stayed in, need investments

At check in I struggled to get in touch with the host, she then snapped at me a bit to only email and that the number - which is listed on their property contact - was not correct to contact her on. I ended up sitting outside the rooms for over an hour and a half as they did not have the keys to my room in the lock box then didn’t respond. I finally got my keys. Two days later I got an email - not to apologize or check in that I made it in. To make me change rooms.

I rated it ok as the communication between the staff is non existent after I had checked in. I was fortunately that they responded while getting there and opened the door for me. But after that no more answers to my questions.

Pros - Clean, good location, the employees we bumped into were kind. Cons- We stayed in the twin single room, the smell of cigarettes from inhabitants of the building completely fills the room with no way to air it out unfortunately. I'd say this particular room is overpriced considering the smell and noise pollution.

Overall this hostle was ok value for our stay. The check in process is needlessly confusing and clumsy. The on call staff is friendly. We did not receive the instructions on the email on how to get in and had to email. The main problem is the lack of AC. There was little to no privacy as the room had a window but that was used for another room therefore there was no airflow and no privacy. The fans did little to help make it comfortable. We slept in our own sweat every night.

Я заплатила за 3 ночи. По приезду стояла у двери по указанному адресу и не было ни одного контакта куда звонить или писать. Минут через 20 вышла женщина управляющая как оказалось и провела в комнату. Сказала что 2 ночи я могу спать в ней, а третью меня отправили в другую квартир...

Hands down, the best place to stay if you are vacationing in Bari. I always love coming here. Location is perfect and the rooms are clean and nice. Thank you for another wonderful visit

Very good location, everything was clean and we had a very nice stay for couple of days in Bari! Would recommend

It was so hot on my visit - the only thing that let the accommodation down was the lack of aircon and we also had a power failure so it was hard to sleep. The manager was very accommodating with a small stand up fan in the room and a portable water cooler fan but it still felt hot and stuffy. Otherwise I had a lovely stay.

L’auberge était très bien fermé, à mi chemin entre la plage et le centre ville. Le personnel était réactif et à l’écoute des besoins ! Cuisine très équipée. Très bonne auberge !

L’auberge est dans un style assez ancien ce qui change des autres auberges. Elle est bien placée dans un quartier dynamique et très proche du port et du centre. Par contre, nous avions la chambre n*5 qui n’avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur et, malgré une petite clim d’appoint, il y faisait très chaud. Aussi, la communication avec les gérants n’était pas idéale avec un délais de réponse de 3 jours en moyenne. Ils proposent une garderie pour les sacs au prix de 10�...

The location was very good, near town and the beach and the host was lovely. However, the whole place smelt terrible the whole time and overall didn’t look or seem very clean at all. Especially because of the smell we didn’t feel like the place was very clean

The hostel is clean and comfortable and feels safe. However, there is no reception or staff at location, so check in needs to be completed beforehand. I had some issues with the check-in and opening the door, as my phone battery died during my travel to Bari. Another minor issue is that there is only one shared toilet, and while one doesn’t want to spend too much time there so as to not take time from the others, there are no mirrors in the rooms themselves which made it a bit difficult.

Outstanding place to stay, in a great location in a really cool city. The team were so helpful when my plans changed suddenly and I had to stay an additional night, including allowing for a 3am checkin! Thanks so much! Grazie!

Mi sono sentita a casa, non volevo più andarmene. Un luogo ricco di fascino, di ricordi di famiglia, di bellezza. Stanza ampia e accogliente. Bagno in comune per diverse stanze ma pulitissimo. La governante molto disponibile, la proprietaria sentita al telefono e via email, adorabile. La posizione è perfetta, il quartiere è elegante, la città vecchia a due passi, il mare dietro l'angolo. Penso che tornerò molto presto a Bari e sicuramente alloggerò di nuovo lì.
