+ Very arrogant owner without care for customer service

- Absolutely bad experience. Reception and owner don't care about customer satisfaction. Very rude reply to me saying if I don't like I can leave

- Extremely bad customer service from the owner of the hostel. Very rude and I can say racist too.

+ Wij waren op doorreis naar kroatië. Helaas had dit hotel geen parkeerplaats in het centrum was alles vol. Ik heb aangegeven dat wij doorrijden ivm geen parkeerplaats. Hotel gaf bij booking aan dat ik niet was gekomen zonder afmelding. Jammer. Ze hebben wel gereageerd op mijn afmeldingen

- geen parkeerplaats voor de auto

- Nisam zadovoljan i jako je skupo

+ Više poštovanja prema svojim gostima pod broj 1. Na trenutak sam mislio da sam odsjeo u istom hostelu sa Sherlock Holmesom kad ono to nije Sherlock već vlasnik hostela. Naizgled ne sliče niti malo (dotični više sliči Bob Marleyu), ali moram pohvaliti izuzetnu moć zapažanja. Uredno ti naplati kaznu za pušenje na prozoru i još galami na vas (iako se nije na prvu ni predstavio). Nezaboravno iskustvo ukoliko i vi želite iskusiti slobodno odsjednite ovdje. Dobra strana hostela je sto ste u samom centru Kranja. Loše strane arogantni vlasnik, kvaka ispada na vratima, smrdi sve po kineskoj hrani, ne radi kafic u hostelu. Hvala i nikad više!!!

- Disrespectful and rude manger.

- Very rude and disrespectful treatment from the female manager of the hostel. The other staff is very nice, and the accommodations are nice too. Though I will never go back there due for the bad experience with the manager.

+ Beautiful surroundings and amazing view of the mountains from our (private) room on the top floor. The beds were super comfy, the room was huge and had both a shower and a jacuzzi/hot tub. The hostel itself was very cosy and had a nice atmosphere.

- The room was boiling hot even though it was almost cold outside, windows had to be open, leaving various colonies of bugs on the ceiling for us to enjoy whilst sleeping. The curtains did not block any light at all, so the sun was bright and shining at full force at 6 AM directly on the beds. The staff was absolutely useless at communicating prior to our arrival: I was asked to send our documents via email so we could get a code for entry as we would arrive after their cut off time for check in. Although I wasn’t comfortable sending these via email, I did, nothing happened, no code was received and the staff ended up calling us asking us where we are when we inevitably had not shown at check in the cut off time (and they weren’t able to see my email in their system, so they needed our documents anyways :)). They also failed to inform us that the buses from the railway station did not run to their usual stop close-ish to the hostel because of a bridge closure (which also made walking there a bigger project than suggested on Google Maps), all this could’ve so easily been avoided had the staff taken a few extra seconds to give us proper information

- We found bugs. There are no shades on the windows. It was very loud, very hot. Smoke comes in the room, you can't open the windows and it was boiling hot.

+ Struttura caratteristica facile da reperire. Gestore pronto a rispondere per apertura in sua assenza. Interni in legno, bagni nuovi, pulizia ineccepibile.

- Tendenzialmente il riscaldamento è troppo alto e non è regolabile. La finestra che dà sul balcone non si può oscurare più di tanto e fa passare la luce dell'illuminazione pubblica durante la notte. L'insonorizzazione con altre stanze è nulla - da sopra a sotto o viceversa si percepisce tutto.
