Misleading information provided in the rooms regarding the property 4. Charged my card before my arrival, multiple times, despite the conditions stating that the outstanding amount would be due upon our arrival 5. Rude and unhelpful staff who weren't willing to do anything even though we talked to them about problems multiple times during our stay
