The location in heart of fes madina. Every thing was just walking distance.... Crazily beautiful architecture of riad ... I just love each any every corner ❤.... I had very peaceful sleep in night time... Room really good size ... breakfast amazing... Staff- Mosin was amazing... he gave me so much information about fes ... very helpful... Thank you so much making my fes trip beautiful 😍.... I will miss the riad .... Soon I will be back 😊

Well. First the positive things. The Riad is in a very touristic area with lots of possibilities, close to restaurants and sights. Stuff is very friendly and helpful and invited me to drink tea. BUT. The building and rooms furniture is old and sometimes damaged. The smell in my bathroom was horrible and if I had not booked two nights I would have changed after the first one directly to another place. And it was crazy cold (march). I needed all covers and duvets and some long clothes but still�...

Par où commencer…. Du harcèlement via WhatsApp par un des employés, des declarations d’amour non sollicités jusqu’à 3h du matin, cette même personne qui rentre dans le dortoir la nuit et te regarde dormir, l’hygiène tellement horrible:il y avait tellement de moisissures dans la salle de bain que ça puait fais toute la chambre, obligé de laisser portes et fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée (la nuit il faisait trop froid), Franchement c’est à FUIR.

It’s a good place to stay on a budget. The rooms are basic (no lockers) but the shared room had a bathroom in the room that had a really bad smell that took over the room. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. They always accommodated my requests. The hostel was also in a great location.

A lovely stay. Nice chill vibe here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice. Could highly recommend this place. Would happily return.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Sie haben uns viel über Marokko erzählt und uns jeden Tag Tee gemacht. Auch der Wüstentrip, den wir mit ihnen gebucht haben war wirklich toll und hat sich für 130€ ausgezahlt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

The Riad Anass Alouali is great. It’s in the middle of the medina which is awesome. The rooms are really nice and the beds are comfortable. But the best was the owner: Nordine was really helpful and nice. It was a great experience, thanks a lot. As solo female travellers we felt really safe :) I’d come back anytime 100%

The hostel is very well located, and the staff tries to be very hospitable, which makes it worthwhile, but the cleanliness of the place isn't a strong point. Some unwanted insects may be part of your experience. I don't recommend taking the tours they have partnered with. For a city tour that was offered for €10, I was charged €50, and the guide didn't seem very friendly when I tried to argue.

The place is very well located, just a 5 minutes walk after you are inside the medina, the staff is very friendly, about price-quality, i think they could work a bit more to fix some stuffs. But in general the place was fine.

You get what you pay for - rustic and basic rooms with a toilet and a shower, but they do the job and are more than enough. Where the hostel’s value really shines through however is with both the location (which is impeccable and right in the heart of the medina), but mainly through our lovely host, Mohammed, who made us feel so at home and welcome. The hospitality from the owner and his assistant was impeccable. We were welcomed with tea and breakfast was included. I always look for a hostel in the center and this one is literally inside the Medina. When you step out of the riad you find the market stalls. I loved the location and the kindness and respect of both. The price and quality are excellent and if I return to Fez I will definitely stay at this riad again.

Il personale fantastico, la posizione è ottima dentro la città vecchia , l'unica pecca le camere non pulitissime e lasciate un po' andare , peccato perché ha un gran potenziale , però lo consiglio a viaggiatori reali....

Está muy bien ubicado y por el precio que pagamos estuvo bien. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron.

Había hecho una reserva desde hace tiempo y cuando llegue en la noche de madrugada con mi amiga , me dijeron que no tenía reserva siendo la 12:30 de la noche , mujeres , nos sentimos muy inseguras , no nos dieron cama para dormir , nos dijeron que podíamos dormir en la terraza pero había hombres tomando , luego bajamos a la sala y dormimos en el sofá , la peor experiencia vivida en un hostal .
