Nhân viên không nhiệt tình, tôi để quên trong phòng. Nhờ tìm giúp, nhưng nv dọn phòng và lể tân đã từ chối. Nói chung là sẽ ko có lần thứ 2. Ăn sáng thì quá tệ.

Overpriced no heater during winter

Horrible experience ! I was waken up last night by a rat in my hair! A rat ! No help from reception not even get up to see and try to get rid of it, just "we are sorry". Took me 2 h to get rid of it. I have not slept since 3 am. I left as soon as I can.

Attention - Faked Hotel Profile - real name is "Rising Dragon Estate" - a cheep and very old hotel - maybe just before a rebuild or breakdown - a least with helpful staff who does its`best to keep up with the situation. Did not have a room for me despite confirmation of my booking. Transferred me to a different hotel that I should have booked instead. My second visit here, the lady at check-out was impolite and insisted I was lying about my room fare. The bathrooms have perpetual leakage/flooding that make for a disgusting experience. Instead of fixing the plumbing issues, they just drop a thick towel on the bathroom floor in hopes that you don't notice the water, making for soggy socks and a constantly musty s...

Very old hotel with very poor staff. The people on the front desk only interested in selling tours. Not a single day did we get clean towels or water everyday we had to chase the staff. You get one of the poorest breakfasts in have ever had. How they can call it serenity hotel when it is next to a train line I don't know

BED BUGS STAY AWAY. We found bed bugs in our room and had to immediately leave and not stay the night. Although we didn’t have to pay for our 2 nights there we did not get our deposit refunded and we had already given them our laundry to do and we were overcharged. The manager was incredibly rude.

Terrible hotel. I booked last minute on Agoda and after I booked they cancel saying sorry no availability.

Very dirty rooms with bugs, mold and lizards. Great location. Overall not a great hotel.

Khach ko đẹp như quảng cáo. Đườnv lưu thông rất nhỏ xe hơi ko vào được (cấm 1 chiều xe hơi)

Phòng ốc cũ, điện thường xuyên bị giật, máy lạnh tự động ngừng giữa đêm

Ks tốt,ăn sâng alacarte oke.nv lịch sự,bell chu đáo.

Khách sạn tương đối mới và sạch sẽ. Hài lòng với số tiền bỏ ra

Nơi ở có đủ tiện nghi sinh hoạt, tiếp tân nhiệt tình.

Ok tạm được thích hợp cho đi công tác, phòng hơi ẩm khó chịu
