The worst hostel ive ever stayed at !! Staff are rude and everything is super overpriced

My friend left a honest review on games night and the staff embarrassed her (and me) in front of everyone and ruined our night, really unprofessional! I also stayed here and found the rooms uncomfortable to sleep in with the force of the fan.

Pésimo servicio, nos insistieron por pagar algo que no se debía de cobrar, los trabajadores nos trataron de estúpidos, tienen que cambiar a esa gente porque si no van a tener más de estas reseñas. La chica del piercing en la nariz fue la causante de todo esto, la peor atención. Gas.

the tours and activities are great. everything else is a bit poor. a room with no attached bathrooms and no possibility to place your stuff, not in the room and not next to the shared sink. they clean the shared facilities once per day. The area is safe and there are a lot of tourist priced restaurants.

Pub Crawl is a rip off, they probably charge you more when they see that you wear a pub crawl wristband. 30 000 for a beer is insane

Booked it because of the pool (there’s no pool)

Good place to meet people? Yes. Good place to get your things stolen by staff? Also yes. Someone stole my airpods from my room. I immediately reported it to the front desk and *conveniently* the cameras cut out at the exact time staff was getting ready to go into the room and service it. I have tracking on my airpods and have taken screenshots of the exact time and location the airpods enter and leave the building over multiple days, along with when and where the airpods go to sleep overnight. I was really disappointed by this hostel. The facilities were nice and the staff was ok. However it is more a chic hotel than a backpacker place- everything was expensive (drinks, activities,..) and fells different from the nice local columbian life

Friendly staff & fun for nightlife but not boutique. No towels provided, no soap in showers, sharing same bathroom with bar so unpleasant.

I had a great stay at Los Patios Hostel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Shoutout Isac for being accommodating and a cool guy

I had the best time at this hostel! Super comfy pod beds and lots of activities to meet people! Large kitchen and seating area to chill and the rooftops on both buildings are fun to hang out on. Isac at the front desk was the best! Super helpful. And Cristian made the food tour a blast! Definitely recommend staying here.

lieu magnifique, deco , espaces, fresques murales, sympathie du personnel tres professionnel . le rooftop, la piscine, le bar , tout est propice au plaisir. je remercie Yorg tout particulièrement ainsi que le jeune homme qui a servi les petits déjeuners. je recommande cet établissement.

Honestly, this has been the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There is a gym and fully stocked kitchen. When I come back to Medellin, I will definitely be staying here! Mucho gusto Los Patios :)

Couldn’t ask for more from a Hostel, great atmosphere, nice rooms, nice staff plenty of help with booking tours and activities and accommodating us for an extra 3 nights. Special mention to Sophia on reception who looked after us all week.
