Old building with zero charm, internet barely works, toilets often dirty, and the staff act like every question is a burden. Constant noise at all hours. After 11 a.m. you can’t even buy a simple coffee. Would not stay again.
I got really bad bed bug bites all over my body and face from this hostel. I am miserable and it has affected my trip to beautiful Fiji. Also, the pool was cloudy and there was no atmosphere in the hostel at all. Very disappointed.
The only good thing about this is the location, in the heart of Wailoaloa. Staff seemed a bit annoyed with the guests at times. No kitchen available. Room was dark, too small, nowhere to lock your luggage (just small wobbly lockers for valuables). Room smelled weird, mattress was old. Bathrooms are dirty, not maintained very well. Shower drains don’t work, they always had water in them. Dirty pool. Clear signs of bedbugs, a mouse ate its way through my bag. Cheap place, but wouldn’t come bac...
staff very helpful and friendly but BED BUGS !!!!!
Bed bugs. This should not belong on the website.
Stayed a few nights at Bluewater Lodge, and while the staff was very friendly and the pool was clean, we encountered bugs in the dorms. Unfortunately, this led us to change accommodation. With a bit more attention to the rooms, this place could be nice.
Bed bugs!!! Unfortunately this lovely place we stayed in gave us bed bugs and not only was it an absolute pain to get rid of them but extremely expensive too. Other people in our room said they addressed it to the staff and they “dealt with it”, but in the night we were bitten and then found them in our stuff. We only stayed a night, and it really is a lovely place, however, it’s never ever worth the risk of getting bed bugs!
Put me in a room full of bed bugs, the only thing you really want to avoid. Rest is great but, they acted like they didn't care/know. Should close the room down or give a refund. If you're in room 7, try to find another place on google (maps) like the beach resort. The ones that are not on booking sites. And check for bedbugs.
This hostel was pretty disgusting and full of bed bugs. Moved rooms and more bed bugs, place was ridden with them.
Bedbugs very much still an issue that the staff don’t seem fussed to deal with. Receptionist told me they ‘don’t bite’ and to go back to bed. Whole dorm slept by the pool. Clothes had to be thrown away and all bags luggage ect dry cleaned. Not worth the hassle book elsewhere

Nice place
Loved this place. Pool was brilliant and staff were super helpful.
Amazing experience, wonderful helpful staff gave recommendations and helped with bookings.
Most gracious and lovely staff great support most most friendly place I've stayed in a long journey! Aggie the manager is absolutely over the top amazing! I met many great travelers here as well. And the pool is always inviting to cool off!

Great place to start or end your trip in Fiji. I arrived without a plan and they helped me plan my time at the Yasawa Islands. It was super easy and all the homestays from the islands were amazing. Great price/value.
This place was so welcoming and amazing! Super comfortable, and they help you plan your entire trip!
Great property with a nice pool to swim in and friendly people all around. The staff were truly the best part of the hostel as they were kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best of our stay. Would recommend staying here you will feel like family!

good hostel, clean and quiet
The place to stay in Nadi! Nice & helpful staff & clean rooms + toilets! Perfect place to spend a few nights in Nadi
Extremely basic also got bed bugs definitely check your bed before sleeping
Bed bugs everywhere!!!
staff very helpful and friendly but BED BUGS !!!!!
Great stay at Bluewater, very clean welcoming and peaceful, one of the best hostel I have experienced!
Nice location, cool people and a clean house. I felt very welcomed there.. Also a good place to meet other travelers.
Nice Hostel if your coming from the Airport, just a 20 min cap drive over there.
Great place to be! I arrived feeling alone but met so many great people there that travelling alone was not a problem at all. Price/performance is super fair - a bed in an 8-room dorm cost me 13€ (in low season). Rooms, sanitary installations and pool are well maintained. No food in the hostel (except coffee in the morning) but great restaurant across the street and supermarket in walking distance. Aggie is an awesome Travel advisor! Great for the Night of arrival and maybe two more. Vinaka!
