Room not very clean Switches and sockets in the room damaged and dirty curtain not good overall not a nice place

L’hôtel est situé dans le hall d’un immeuble, ce qui n’est pas forcément dérangeant. En revanche, le personnel est très désagréable et la communication compliquée. Le paiement par carte n’est pas accepté, obligeant à retirer de l’argent liquide. Aucune preuve de paiement ne m’a été fournie malgré une promesse au check-out. La réception est souvent vide, l’ambiance peu agréable et la propreté décevante. À éviter, mieux vaut chercher ailleurs ou choisir une auberge...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn’t clean absolutely anything in the room I booked. It was extremely cold in the winter. I had to pay the remaining amount in cash because they don’t accept bank cards... very suspicious! I definitely won’t return. They don’t provide even the minimum hygiene services; this establishment should be shut down as soon as possible!!!

My experience was terrible. I was mistakenly booked into a women's room and was forced to pay extra for a bed in a shared room, even though one was available. The staff was awful. After that, I asked for a towel and blanket, and he told me that am asking to much and spoke to me in an annoying way. The room had three beds, and after two hours, more people arrived and started bringing in a new bed, making a lot of noise.

Schandalige plaats, reservering geplaatst maar geen personeel aanwezig om ons de kamer binnen te laten. 2x gemaild en nooit meer iets van gehoord. Een andere gast gesproken en vertelde over vieze en slechte kamers. Mijn sugestie is dat een doos onder de brug beter is dan hier verblijven

Fui avisada na hora que faria o checkin que tiveram um problema com o quarto e que minha reserva foi transferida para outro hotel. O que me prejudicou em toda a logística da viagem .

Réservation faite en ligne ! Hôtel pas facile à trouver dans un immeuble en travaux. Un monsieur m’accueille en m’expliquant que la chambre est en travaux et qu’il ne peut pas me loger. Il insiste sur le fait que je ne perds rien car la chambre était à payer sur place. Sans savoir m’indiqué où aller, je me suis retrouvée à la rue à 17h sous la pluie.

El hotel UN DESASTRE!!!!!! Totalmente inconforme con la atención de la persona que te recibe. Fue muy descortés, me faltó el respeto y no supo darme respuesta en absolutamente nada. En pocas palabras, fue una experiencia espantosa. Finalmente no me aloje en el hotel y no me reembolsaron el dinero que pagué por la reserva. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.

The service is bad because they didn’t give us a change and also they did not give us a blanket.

At night, it's hard to open the door as there is no instruction mentioned beforehand. The light in the bedroom cannot turn off, it's hard to sleep at night. They only accept cash which is a bit inconvenient.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hostel in Milan. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I have ever had. 1. Unprofessional Staff: The staff provided poor service, lacking attention and professionalism throughout my stay. 2. Reservation Cancellation: My room reservation was canceled without any explanation or prior notice. Buena ubicación. Habitación amplia. Las personas que atendían no eran muy amables. Llegamos un rato antes del check in y nos hicieron irnos del lugar hasta que estuviera la habitación lista.

Please invest in blanket/duvet covers to change with each guest just as bedsheets, they smell and are not clean. Or give 2 sheets one to lie on and another to buffer the duvets! Asked twice for extra sheet(was even willing to pay for extra) to put between the smelly duvet while covering myself and was dismissed! Sort out the mold in the bathroom. One of those guys in the reception should be more receptive and actually listen!

No lo recomiendo, se percibe suciedad, desaseo, mugre, malos olores. El baño se ve muy sucio, descuidado, malos tenido. Pésima experiencia

The bathroom was terrible, smelly with mould everywhere. The blanket didn't seem to be changed between guests. No keys for lockers. The staffs were friendly but only if they could use that friendliness in cleaning the facilities.

Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, paredes manchadas, puertas rotas y camas parecen de cárcel, suenan y se mueven mucho.

Recuerdo que fui en plena lluvia , me confundí reservando una habitación de mujeres , el recepcionista se molestó en cobrarme y no en ayudarme a ver otra habitación ni mucho menos , estaba mojado, me robaron el teléfono y mucho más , fue un impresentable que encima ponía en duda mi inglés cuando a el no se le entendía nada por qué ni sabía hablar , solo recordando la experiencia me da rabia , que fastidio de sitio, PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y UNA ATENCION MAS QUE DESEABLE , NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS

Las fotos no demuestran lo que es. La habitación de chicas compartida estaba muy sucia y el baño también. Las camas muy ruidosa y no nos dieron llave de la puerta, estaba abierta todo el día por lo que cualquier persona podría entrar.

The place is clean. I have arrived late every night and it is safe. I stayed 3 nights in a shared room, and every night they change beds but apart from that, the place is fine, and the attention of the receptionist is great.
