The owner of the hostel, Bobby, was really nice and helpful with me. She helped me to find à volunteering experience in a school and she helped me to send my phone in China because I forgot it under my pillow 🫠 The location was also great, I recommend !

Very good location close to airport bus and the main sights in Ulaanbataar. The staff does a great job cleaning the hostel. It feels more like a home in an apartment than in a hostel. Bobby was very helpful organizing the trips. The price of the hostel is very good, although the prices of the tours might be a bit expensive. Compared to other group operators in Ulaanbataar it’s still ok and I would not travel around in Mongolia by myself.

Great location and super helpful host BUT the facilities only three showers and toilets in total with one male, one female and one mixed. There basically no common area. They arranged a three day tour for us, but it was a disappointment. They drove us 5 hours to the left of UB to see the semi gobi dessert, stay with a family, that part was nice. But the second day we drove 7 hours the opposite direction just to the national park, spend the entire day in the bus. Didn’t have a guide just driver...

A chill hostel with both dormitorys and private rooms. They offer a lot of different tours to very reasonable prices, i really recommend booking a tour trough them!

Was a little tricky to find at first but I did it. Owner was very helpful to search for other travellers to go on same tour with me(solo). Even transferred me to a private bunk bed room for 2 without any extra charges. Loved my time there

I loved staying at this hostel, super clean and safe. The staff is very lovely. Bobby helped me booking a tour to the Gobi desert and it is (Im still here) one of the best trip I ever did. I would definitely recommend her hostel and her travel agency to everyone.

For men’s shower room it was with toilet and the floor was wet and dirty. And the other shower room used for men and women was same too, the drain was blocked by hair. I asked the owner if they have shampoo and body soap coz usually hostel does not serve them for the guest and she said yes unexpectedly. But actually when I arrived, shoe just served only shampoo and no body soap. (I should say I was lucky to get shampoo, but I want her tell only the truth.

This guesthouse was such a pleasure to stay in, Bobby and her staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. They look after you well and help with any requests you have. The trips she organises are sooo incredibly fun and well organised. The drivers and cooks that come along are so kind and funny. Bobby is the best! She is extremely nice, literally always available to help, and constantly working to ensure everyone can go on a tour they want and have a good time. The hostel itself was clean, very secure, and in a great location. It was also busy with lots of other travelers, making it easy to meet people. Definitely the place to stay in Ulaanbaatar. before booking this hostel it almost felt suspicious how many of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, almost too good to be true. But now that I've stayed there I can assure you that it really is the best. The place is honestly spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great. Sadly I had to leave after a day due to personal issues, however I can 100% say when I come back I will be staying here. Clean tidy rooms, very easy check in, very welcoming staff. Not a single complaint and I can't wait to come back!

Best points about UB guesthouse are definitely its adorable staff and super central location ! Everything was very clean and the kitchen though quite small was really convenient

Hostel très bien entretenu, le staff est au top, très gentil et disponible. Bobby, la propriétaire est adorable et donne de très bon conseils pour les excursions, réservations de bus, taxi... Merci aussi à Azaa, Julia et les autres filles qui travaillent chaque jour dans cet hostel pour que l'on s'y sente bien.
