Poor accommodation, I found it dirty and the service at the reception was terrible, there was no empathy and the facilities were unpleasant, I would recommend looking for a better option.
Sehr gut gelegenes Hostel, leider mit sehr schlechter Hygiene. Die Küche war unbenutzbar. Überall Dreck und Ungeziefer. Im Bad hat es überall geschimmelt. Während unseres 4 Tage Aufenthalt wurde das Bad nur einmal oberflächlich geputzt. Am Boden im Bad bei der Abreise immer noch der Zigarettenstummel, der bei unserer Ankunft schon dort lag. Insgesamt müssten die Zimmer, v.a. das Bad dringend saniert werden. Service war überwiegend nett. Der Frühstückskaffe ist aus einer alten Tabmaschin...
Overall the rooms, except the one that needed to be urgently cleaned. Service was overwhelmingly clean. The Breakfast Room is an old bath machine. The bathroom is an old one.
I don't recommend it to stay.
Charging 5 euros per bag just to keep is locker room is absurd
They are abusive. We were 3 people and we booked a room with 4 beds and paid for all 4 beds, and when we arrived they told us that it is not a hotel and that they owed us the other bed and they put another person in the room we had paid for, and they also did not refund the money for the other bed that we had paid for, so that we could have the room to ourselves.
Was separated from my friend. Staff was rude. Smelled very bad and felt very unclean. Had to book hotel for the weekend to get out of there.
Bonjour, je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre des avis négatifs, mais là je pense que c’est nécessaire. Mon ami et moi avons passé 1 nuit dans cette hostel, nous avons découvert notre chambre pleines de crasse et de poils, partout, sur les draps et au sol, obligé de passer nous même un coup de balaie. En tout cas au niveau de la propreté on ne recommande pas.
Hello, I am not used to posting negative reviews, but here I think it is necessary. my friend and I spent 1 night in this hostel, we discovered our room full of dirt and hair, everywhere, on the sheets and the floor, forced to go through a sweep ourselves. in any case in terms of cleanliness we do not recommend.
My payment should have been “ pay at the property” but they canceled my reservation because I didn’t pay before arrival.

The only good thing about this place was the location. We booked three people in the same room but got separated into two different rooms. My friend did not get a blanket or duvet and when we asked for one, they would only give us a big towel. They did not compensate for that or that we were seperated. Would not recommend.

Superbe auberge ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec assez peu de lits, les lits sont confortables et les sanitaires propres. La localisation est vraiment très pratique pour visiter la ville. Dommage en revanche de devoir payer 10€ pour pouvoir rentrer le vélo dans la cours même si pratique quand même.

The location was good, but the lobby bathroom was very dirty. The room was clean. You have to pay to store your luggage, and you also have to leave the room key every time you go out.

I’m a female solo traveler who stayed here for 4 nights in a mixed dorm. At first, the staff was not very welcoming or kind, the acted very cold and defensive the first day I was there. They didn’t explain the key system to me (you need to leave it at the front each time you exit). The place was generally clean although I wish they cleaned it more. Good location and security. No curtains on beds :( but I felt fine and there are barely any hooks which is annoying. Overall good stay
Good Property, Staff that checked me in was very friendly. Good Location. Only couple downsides, you have to hand over your room and locker key any time you leave the building and get it back when you come back. There’s not even hand towels to dry hands or even a bar of soap in rooms. Anything you need you have to bring.
Not a very social hostel, kitchen was bleak, no utensils, no plates. Not providing any hand soap in ANY of the bathrooms is pretty crazy. Good beds but there was only a lock on the inside of the door which was a latch so no way to open it from the outside. Which meant it needed to be unlocked all the time. They did provide very good lockers which were big enough to fit my 65 litre backpack as well as another bag. Staff were lovely.

The location is really good. Room was clean, although we’ve been disappointed in the state of the kitchen. We wanted to cook there but there was no cutlery and the space was dirty. We ended up eating only outside. We understand that rooms need to be cleaned by 2pm daily, but even though they came in, in the morning and woke us up (that was aroumd 8.30am). Reception personal was OK - depends on who was there.
local ótimo, relativamente perto do centro, ambiente do hostel é bem tranquilo, sem muitas coisas para fazer. quarto é bem limpo, só faltou um tapete no banheiro.
Great location, relatively close to the center, the atmosphere of the hostel is quite quiet, with not much to do. room is very clean, only missing a carpet in the bathroom.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re not a solo travel or want to cook. They split my partner and I despite booking together and refused to move us to the same room. It’s €5 PER person PER bag to store your luggage prior or post check-out. On the ground floor room the window to the street has no curtain and neither did the bed. Kitchen has no cutlery or mugs. Location was great but felt like you paid a lot for very little and then got charged extra for every basic thing.
Great location, walking distance to all major sites. Hostel itself is big and clean, rooms were warm with AC seemingly not working so open window was all we had for cool air which made it noisy.

The room and the bathroom were clean and cute, the outside space was not (it was really cozy but not so well maintained). About the staff, it depends. One was really available and kind, but the other one was so mean it made me uncomfortable (but maybe it's an isolated case). Overall a really good experience!
I stayed a night in a four-bed female room, and it was nice. We had breakfast with a coffee and a croissant. Receptionist guys are available 24/7. The location was very good, just 15 min from the Colosseum on foot. Overall, it was a good experience!
