L’endroit était peu accueillant, pas de salle de restauration/ salle commune. L’endroit était sale. Il était par contre très bien placé, et très calme. L’hôte était réactif et sympathique.
La cocina no existe. Está muy sucio. No hay tazas, cubiertos, platos ni vasos. Solo vasos descartables y cubiertos descartables. Una pava eléctrica y no hay Bacha para lavar los utensilios. Muy descuidado el lugar. Las toallas son muy viejas. Franco tiene muy buena disposición pero con eso no es suficiente. Las fotos no concuerdan con la habitación en la que estuve. Hay escaleras para llegar al ascensor. El aire acondicionado funciona pero es muy viejo y ruidoso.
The kitchen doesn't exist. It's very dirty. There are no cups, cutlery, plates or vases. Only disposable vases and disposable cutlery. An electric paddle and no Bacha to wash the utensils. Very neglected the place. The towels are very old. Franco has a very good disposition but that's not enough. The photos don't match the room I was in. There are stairs to get to the elevator. The air conditioner works but it's very old and noisy.
Feared for my safety at this hostel. Booked another hostel last minute because I felt so uncomfortable here. The male owner was incredibly unprofessional, and I was told will enter the rooms of sleeping guests (all women) to wake them on the day they leave. No appropriate boundaries. Was 40 minutes late to let me into the hostel despite my confirming my arrival time twice. Was told my room was at a second location, not the address given. I was absolutely terrified. The vibe of this place was off
No good facilitets, one small and not Nice bathroom for all to share. Took several days for the beds to get tidied/cleaned up after someone left which made the room not welcome. Not great kitchen facilities.
It’s a dingy place. The owner Franco is helpful but the room is quite bad. The washroom really smells too.

The owner, Franco, is quite nice, however this location did not meet our expectations compared to other hostels. It seems that this accommodation is his apartment that he has listed sometimes as a hostel, others as a hotel. We attempted to turn on the air conditioner, which filled the room with a garbage smell. We used the fan instead. Numerous times the power went out, sometimes up to 2 hours which impacted our plans. Worst stay of our trip unfortunately, and would caution other travellers.
Péssimo! Lugar todo empoeirado, sujo, não é um Hostel é um apartamento. Zero segurança! Pior crise de bronquite da minha vida por conta desse lugar. Não recomendo
It's terrible! all dusty, dirty, not a hostel, it's an apartment. zero security! worst bronchitis attack of my life because of this place. i don't recommend it.
The location alone is good but the photos don't match the location, everything is very old, the bathroom was also dirty, I wouldn't go back.

Note main stay will be at a different address from the business address, so once you arrive Franco take you to the other building that’s on another nearby road. My stay was on the 9th floor. There are no elevators, so I recommend packing lightly. The place is humble, yet clean. Bed was comfortable and the noise from the outside wasn’t so bad. There are lockers, locks provided. LOCATION in is amazing! You are right walking distance from major sights, bus lines, metro and train. It was great!
This hostel was fine. Good location and clean, you do have to text the owner when you arrive to get in. The only thing I’d note that I didn’t see in other reviews was that there’s only one shower on the floor for everyone and it’s small in a tiny bathroom. I never had an issue with getting a shower, but it’s pretty cramped in there and not the nicest. Not much of a kitchen if you’re wanting that, just a fridge in a small room. Overall a fine place to sleep in Rome for a short time.

Très belle surprise, l'hôtel etait top et la personne qui m'a accueilli (Franco) encore plus. J'ai beaucoup apprecie l'emplacement également proche du colisée et du forum au centre. Je ne peux que recommander !
Very nice surprise, the hotel was top notch and the person who greeted me (Franco) even more. i very much appreciated the location also close to the coliseum and forum in the center. i can only recommend !
The location was good, but it didn’t have a sign outside showing exactly where it was. You have to pay in cash when you arrive at the place. The shower is small. The lock for the locker is included.
The host was really nice, welcoming and very helpful. The location was great and walking distance from pretty much everything, for sure all the tourist attractions. We had a very pleasant stay and would it recommend.
The hostel is in a great location — super convenient for getting around! It has everything you need, including a shared lounge and kitchen. Franco, the host, was also very nice and welcoming. I had a really comfortable stay here.
Ubucación práctica para poder recorrer. La habitación es cómoda, baños limpios y Franco quien administra el hostel es muy amable y atento. El único inconveniente es que no hay buena conexión a wifi en la habitación del fondo. El un lugar muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.
The room is comfortable, bathrooms clean and Franco who manages the hostel is very friendly and attentive. the only drawback is that there is no good wifi connection in the back room. el a very quiet place. highly recommended.

had a great time. A cosy location with a view of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Convenient compared to Termini Station and the centre of Rome. Impeccable cleanliness.
I was really nervous with the online ratings, but the property was great, it was in a great location, and I really enjoyed my stay!
I return to this hostel every time I am in Rome. The room is nice and cozy. Everything I need is present including a hair dryer. The location is top, close to the central train station and to the main attractions. I have gotten to know some neighbors over time. Last but not least, the owner, Franco, is great and lets me sing karaoke with him at the nearby bar.
Great location, most tourist spots are within a 20-minute walk. There are mini markets, a gelato shop, and a pizzeria nearby. The bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned often, but the place is messy, with random items around and lots of dust in the cabinets. Overall, it shouldn’t be called a hostel since there’s no reception, which causes issues like people ringing the door to check for room availability. It’s basically just an Airbnb. NO kitchen. This hostel is very simple. It does not have a common area and the kitchen lacks of some appliances. The owner, Franco is a calm, friendly man. Very accommodating. The place is not in the best shape but for a couple days knowing you’ll only go back there to sleep and shower it is fine.
Definitely not a luxury choice, but it really wasn’t bad. Other reviews say bugs? No bugs. There’s mold in the bathroom and it wasn’t the cleanest but the sheets and rooms were clean and so were the towels. The employees were nice, but not around often. Great location, makes up for the cleanliness. Kind of expensive for the quality but still the cheapest in the area, so I’ll give them that. I’d recommend as long as you’re willing to settle a bit hahaha
So this hostel is a great location for the price, that is legitimately the only good thing about this place. We ended up having a very bad roommate experience (not the fault of the hostel, but it negatively affected us nonetheless). Would not recommend for solo travellers or females, safety is mid par. Will not be booking again.
