no hubo personal que nos recibiera el acceso fue fácil, pero la zona no es muy linda y la habitación tenía pertenencias de otras personas y estaba muy sucia. Las zonas comunes también estaban sucias nos dijeron que nos iban a dejar toallas y nunca nos las entregaron, el lugar para dejar las maletas Era un sillón en medio del área común

Very cosy and comfortable, a little out the way but that’s why it’s cheaper, security is a bit confusing to get around so read the email sent. Overall very good.

The hostel had a security system that caused a lot of issues. Since there was no staff and everything was online, there were many times where scary situations were created. Two separate times we had people banging on the door and ringing the doorbell trying to get in and we didn’t know what to do. We didn’t know if we should let in someone or not. When we arrived the place wasn’t very clean, but cleaning crew came about 30 minutes after check in. The location was very far from city center ...

The first thing to know, this is not a real hostel. This is a shared apartment, with no front desk or staff. The check in can be a bit annoying as it's all done online, as is key access to the building. So you must have battery and internet access on your phone or you ain't coming in. Otherwise, very clean, very spacious, very comfortable place to stay. Recommended.

Séjour à Rome très agréable grâce a cette auberge propre et calme. La cuisine équipée est aussi très appréciable à avoir à disposition. Appartement bien sécurisé

The bathroom and kitchen aren't cleaned properly so they are not easy to use. Other than that, this place provides overall good value for price.

De todos los hostales donde me he alojado este ha sido el mejor. Me encantó la facilidad para el ingreso al edificio, al apartamento y a la habitación. Amé el uso de la lavadora y el dejarme quedar las maletas sin costo adicional. Gracias. Of all the hostels where I have stayed this has been the best. I loved the ease of entering the building, the apartment and the room. I loved the use of the washing machine and letting me go with the bags at no additional cost. Thank you.

Un poco alejado del centro pero con un bus llegas sin problema. Lugar limpio y con lo básico que se necesita, lo recomiendo.

There is no front desk and you have to check in on WhatsApp which can be pretty odd. This is a 2 bedroom flat with 3 Bev in each. There is a kitchen and a washing machine. The cleaning lady is very nice and sweet .

The bed sheets had all kinds of yellow and black marks when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he sent a cleaner to redo the sheets, however the new sheets were only slightly cleaner. Additionally, one time when we came back to the hostel two random men were eating pizza and watching a movie on our couch- they weren’t staying at the hostel but they had access to the door and rooms which made us feel unsafe.

Excellent location, staff was quick to get back to me and help out when it was needed. Kitchen was clean, beds comfortable. 30 min walk to the metro, bars and grocery stores close by.

BED BUGS. This stay has been the most awful stay my whole 2 month trip. I NEVER leave a bad review but it genuinely ruined the Rome trip for me and unless they can fix the bed bug situation do not go here. My room mates were also scratching so it wasn’t just my bed. Having your phone as your keycard was stressful as well, I have quite a new phone but the heat was draining my battery, I had a few close calls where I almost couldn’t get in. Other than that it was very clean, good facilities.

Awful. No chargers next to my bed. Lockers r tiny. Would not reccomend.

They overcharged me and they tried to charge me twice before my arrival. The place was clean and comfortable but in the middle of the night another person arrived to occupy a bed that was being occupied by another person. The key system is really problematic.

I love everything about the hostel, especially the staff, the cleanliness and how comfortable i felt during the stay. The only minus point about this hostel is that it locates not that close to the center, and there’s only like 1-2 bus to get there (as far as i remembered), but it was fine with me, it also wouldn’t be a problem if you plan your trip well and have good time management. Overall, highly recommended!

Very nice and pleasant place in a terrible location away from everything. I had problems checking in since they have a very high tech system that I have never seen anywhere. They don’t give you keys. You press a button in your phone using the internet and the door opens. If you run out of battery you have a PROBLEM. But the place is clean, excellent toilets.
