Blue Sky Guest House

I stayed at the hostel with a friend for one night. The location was great, not far from Adam's Peak, the place had a nice temputur, and was clean.

Das Hostel war in perfekter Nähe des Adam Peaks. Es war genügend ausgestattet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Man sollte sich zum schlafen jedoch Ohrenstöpsel einpacken, da es nachts sehr laut ist.

Great spot for Adam’s Peak! Owners are really nice and friendly, they prepared for us chocolate roti and tea in thermos on the way. Great spot to start your hike from, they also have shop and restaurant where foo and coffee was really nice. Definitely recommend!

The hostel is close to the start of the trail to Adam's peak (800m). Opposite the hotel you can start a walk through tea-plantations with beautiful views to Adam's peak. The dog of the hostel is friendly and perhaps accompanies you when you walk through the tea plantations. Two ladies kept the hostel very clean.

Beautiful place conveniently located for climbing Adam’s peak (and great views up to it). Delicious dinners and breakfasts available.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft und das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Wir haben wasser und taschenlampen bereitgestellt bekommen für die Wanderung auf den Adam‘s peak. Die Lage ist echt super. Man ist in 15 minuten beim Start vom Adam‘s Peak.

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was beautiful and quiet, and it’s close to Adam’s Peak. I highly recommend it.

perfect spot to spend a night if you come just for climbing the Adam's Peak. staff is very friendly and cook a lovely meal. Room could have been a little more clean.

Lovely hostel

When we first arrived, the host greeted us at the door and helped us with our backpacks as we paid our driver. As it was off season, he upgraded our room to a private room with double beds. He provided us with hot coffee and tea as well as torches as we did the hike up Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak) at 3am. The beds were nice and clean as well as comfy and the bathrooms were clean. I would happily rebook if I understood the hike again.

We didn't end up staying at Blue Sky Guest House because of a mix-up with Hostel World...but they quickly set us up in a place nearby that was amazing! So no complaints. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. Definitely recommend :)

good value for money. my room did not have a window which felt weird, but it was cheap. the dinner was great. they prepared a thermo with tea and a big roti for takeaway to the Adam's Peak. that was very sweet. late checkout so you can get another hour or two of sleep after the hike.

Perfect place to stay for Adam’s Peak. They gave us a flashlight, raincoats and tea for the hike! The room was nice but the bed linen was a bit damp. The mini supermarket is in the property which is good and the staff helped us out a lot! All in all we loved it.
