Island Vibe Knysna

It was a nice stay, the room was good as well as the atmosphère.

Great place and super friendly staff. The bunk beds are a bid strange if you have the lower bed it would be a bit uncomfortable with how low the other bed is. When i was there unfortunately it was quite quiet, but the staff was very friendly andni can see how great this place is when there are more people

Staff were amazing!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I went on multiple adventures with Rafe while I was there. He set up some very fun hikes and swims and it was a great way to meet people. I usually skip the hostel activities but he did a good job of marketing them and making them fun and worth it. The place had a great atmosphere to hang out by the fire and braai and have a couple beers after the day. Would definitely recommend staying and going on activities with Rafe.

Vibes not good. Once the staff go at 11pm other guests party all night outside the rooms with no staff to tell them to stop it's too hard to sleep

Really good place to chill and explore Knysna. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even helped with travel arrangements as well as took me for some hikes! Would recommend :)

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - definitely the highlight of my stay. The dorm rooms are quite small. The bunk beds are quite wobbly and there is not room to sit up without hitting your head for the bottom bunk. The downstairs bathroom is very nice and spacious.

A very basic hostel with small dorm rooms that had no lockers, bedside lamps or powerpoints and not much in terms of common facilities. While the staff were really nice and helpful I found it weird that after storing my luggage at check out, I came back to find half my banana loaf being eaten. While I would have easily shared with them if they asked, it just left a bad impression taking something that wasn't theirs.

Lovley stay, the staff were helpful and easy to talk to. Nice location and can walk to the spar just down the road.

The room i stayed smelled humidity. Not much space between the bottom and top bunk beds, not even possible to sit. Toilet is outside. It is ok for a night. The stuff was nice and arranging

Very cool staff, perfect recommendations, good accomondation and Knysna is just perfect to visit. The pool table and every day´´´´´´ bonfire rounds the whole experience. Thanks again and see you soon!

Island Vibe is perfectly located near the centre of Knysna. The backpackers has everything you need and more! They offer tours and activities for free to make sure you had a wonderful stay and experienced Knysna the fullest! The staff is very friendly and the vibes are always good :)
