Seven Hostel

After my first night, I woke up around 6:30 a.m. with intense itching and several bites on my legs and ankles. By 10:00 a.m., I had at least five more bites on my legs, thighs, and back that appeared overnight. Staff inspected the bed but found nothing and suggested mosquitoes. However, this was the only place during my trip where I experienced so many bites, and I had no new ones after leaving. I did not feel safe staying and had to book another accommodation.

BED BUGS. I was worried from other reviews and unfortunately it's true, I woke up after 3 nights with many bites and the little black fecal matter on the bed. Air conditioning was broken and staff didn't care, apologise or offer any assistance. The room had 12 beds and not 10 as advertised. The breakfast offering was the most limited in any place I have ever stayed. They have replied to my review on Google and called me crazy and a liar - this is not the kind of place you want to stay in...

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS Yes, the reviews are true - and they’re still in denial! Four people checked out of our room the same night. When the first two people raised the concern, the receptionist said: “Yes we know, unfortunately it’s quite common”. After requesting a refund due to a serious health hazard, they denied everything and took no responsibility! Now they won’t even answer my emails. Don’t risk ruining your Euro Summer by being infected by bed bugs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for a 10 girl room , was placed in 12 girl room . Air condition was broken. Peopel were disrespectful with noise every night. Bathrooms were disgusting and showers were see through. Manager did nothing to help any situation. Bed bugs in our room. Do not recommend. This place should be shut down

Bed bugs, they treat me like trash, I have bite all over my body, didn’t get a refound. Disgusting, pure and absolute trash of ah hostel.

NEVER in my 10 years of traveling did I experience BED BUGS until now. I woke up with bites all over my arms and legs and thought it was mosquitos bites until I got back from my day excursion and another 2 people in my room had the same bites in their bodies. When I tried to get a refund for the only 1 night I stayed, he refused to give me the full amount and had the audacity to tell me “why should he give me everything when I enjoyed my night” only because I didn’t let them know in the mo...

There were bedbugs in 3 entire rooms (12 bed rooms). 10 or more people were bitten. I will say, they did refund most of the people for the rest of their stay. Not the nights you stayed but thereafter. I stayed 1 out of 3 nights booked and they gave me most of my money back and I left to stay somewhere else.

Place was filled with bedbugs. Everybody was getting bit in addition extremely cheap bed situation. Extremely rude staff. Places a giant scam constantly trying to keep the machine running at the cost of their vacationers. Stay far away.

O hostel é limpo e organizado. A equipe é muito educada e gentil. Meu irmão bebeu no bar e gostou. Não cheguei a comprar comida lá. Os chuveiros são excelentes. Fica em Sant'Agnello, não em Sorrento, mas é próximo às estações de ônibus.

Es un buen lugar, volvería a quedarme acá. Las habitaciones están bien, con su baño propio. Lo mejor que tiene es el personal, todos muy amables y hablan español. El desayuno bien, acorde al precio del hostel. Está a 13 minutos caminando la estación metro y a 30 minutos caminando tambien del centro de sorrento, no es dificil moverse.

El hostal esta cerca de la esta estación de tren proveniente de Napoli, el desayuno que incluye es funcional, haces aprox 20 min al centro, las habitaciones estan bien, lo único que no me agrado fueron la limpieza de los baños

Espectacular todo! Muy amables sobretodo la recepcionista uruguaya. Volvería tranquilamente. Todo limpio también y buen precio para ser sorrento que sale carísimo jaja

Hostel was 30 minute walk to Sorrento. Solid choice for budget stay. Beds were definitely close together. Bell rang at 7am sharp from church every morning. Bed was a little dirty on arrival, but brushed off well. Facilities were good, many showers. Restaurants close by that were cheap and good.

L’hostel a le mérite d’exister, c’etait le seul hostel ou il restait des chambres disponibles lorsque nous souhaitions venir à Sorrento, à un prix très raisonnable. Cela dit, cet hostel rassemble les désagréments des hôtels (pas d’accès à une cuisine, espace terrasse payant) aux désagréments d’un hostel (lieu très bruyant et qui résonne beaucoup, des chambres peu équipés, il faut faire et défaire son lit, lumière qui s’éteint partout à 22h30 etc.)

buenas habitaciones y muy cómodas. estaría bueno que a pesar de tener bar pudiéramos tener acceso a la cocina.

Está bien. Bastante alejado de todo y es bastante incomodo para usar el transporte publico pero se puede. Por el precio que incluya desayuno es un puntazo

Achei a localização do hostel perfeita, pessoas muito simpáticas e ambiente super descontraído. Recepcionistas prestativas e educadas, com certeza voltarei.

Seven hostel es un gran lugar para quedarte a dormir y recorrer la costa amalfitana . No cuentan con cocina y las opciones de comida que tienen estaban en fotos pero no las ofrecían . El desayuno esta bien , clásico. La gente que trabaja muy amable y atenta . Mi habitación quedaba muy lejos del baño de mujeres ! No hablan español pero se manejan bien

Recomendadisimo! Los chicos de recepción muy amables, el lugar muy seguro y cómodo, el ambiente también muy encantador, todo excelente y desayuno gratis!! Lo único que mejoraría sería la limpieza de los baños compartidos. El resto, todo súper

Personally I do not recommend this hostel for pretty basic reasons. 1. A lot of the pictures are “lying” because the hostel is not in the conditions that are shown (there is no place to sit comfortably on the terrace) 2. The bathroom was a mess most of the time and it didn’t feel very higienic 3. I feel there are no age restrictions which killed the vibe and there were a lot of disrespectful teens and also very old people, specially a wired man that I think lives there 4. The location...

beware it’s in the middle of nowhere. quite difficult to get to main sorrento and not nearly as close as i thought it was on the map! and whatever you do, DO NOT EAT THE FOOD FROM DOWNSTAIRS!!!

Overall had no issues with his hostel. Yes it is a little bit outside the main area and a good walk but room was spacious, fantastic hot shower and the free breakfast hit the spot!

Mi estadía estuvo bien. Suma mucho el desayuno incluido, pero resta muchísimo que no tenga cocina ni heladera para guardar cosas. Yo no tuve problema con la limpieza ni vi bedbugs pero mis amigos si, así que tendría cuidado con eso. La ubicación es lejos del centro, con un tren bastante rápido llegas pero tampoco suma. Quizá para estar más cómodo sacaría un Airbnb por el centro. El personal muy amable. El laundry carísimo!
