The red head girl who checked me in was so rude, the hostel itself was gross, and dirty. The beds were hard to get into, it felt like a prison. I ended up leaving and getting a hotel after my second day. The only one who was nice was the manager. I would never stay here again.

They double booked me off Hostelworld and I ended up in a hammock and STILL paying like 60%. Didn’t sleep

Gute Atmosphäre, tolles Personal, Papierkörbe in den Toiletten sind eine Fehlkonstruktion. Zu viele quietschende Stockbetten ohne Licht oder Vorhang am Bett, keine Staumöglichkeit oder der Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen im Schlafsaal. Den Preis von 65 USD pro Nacht in einem Bett im Schlafsaal mit 12 Personen über die Feiertage halte ich für sehr überzogen.

Located in an alley, which doesn’t feel safe. There was trash all around the entrance. The room smelled like hot socks and urine. Half of the building was under construction.. maybe!? Not sure what is going on here. Very small space in the room. No space to put belongings besides on the floor which means there’s no room to walk. Everyone was stepping and walking over each other things. No lockers.

This hostel was okay. A staff member/Anna said we were going to the beach together as a group and then completely ditched two of us last minute. Otherwise, she was not knowledgeable at all about local transportation or shuttles—she was teaching me how to google things. At most other places, staff have actually had helpful info to share. Even with two days notice she couldn’t get me on a shuttle and I was left to figure it out on my own. Overall this place is hit or miss—goodluck! Also over...

The hostel was good but the staff was unbelievable. Everybody was friendly but there was one blond girl who messed up everything. I have asked her a thousand times because of surf classes or diving and every time I asked her again she was like “oopsie I forgot to ask I will do it right now” and she again didn’t do it. I did not like the hostel at all. The beds were super simple, the room was super dark and I changed accommodation after a night. It’s not social at all. I liked it better in Pura Vida Hostel down the street.

This place was NOT it. The bathroom was not working at our dorm at our arrival, our bags got flooded TWICE by toilette water. It took them this to then fix the toilette and the shower on our 3’rd day. We don’t even have a trash can in our dorm? Seems like the minimum. The 4’th day the water stopped while my friend was soaping in the shower AND FINALLY, they put our clothes in the dryer while we asked not to.

Super chill hostel. Atmosphere is very social and the hostel revolves around the beautiful common area. Rooms are basic, washrooms too. But it’s all you really need if you aren’t too fussy

Ist okay aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Würde nicht nochmal dort hin. Lage ist gut aber sonst nicht so toll. Betten wie im Gefängnis, Klima ist erst ab 21.00 Uhr an und es riecht etwas streng in den Zimmern.

Everything was amazing the people the facilities, the environment highly recommend staying there. Very close to the beach. 🙏🏼

Increíble este hostal, pasé una semana de maravilla, tan relajado Gracias a los voluntarios y a Marcos y al personal de limpieza por hacer esta estancia tan linda Y a los propietarios por ofrecer galletas!

Há uma variedade de nacionalidades que você vai encontar. Você pode alugar prancha de surf se quiser. Tem uma cozinha ´ótima para guardar seus alimentos e cozinhar. Um espaço com piscina muito confortável.

Increíble lugar. La gente que trabaja muy cálida y siempre atenta a que uno esté bien y resolver problemas, siempre limpio, con una muy buena ubicación, sin ruidos a la noche y una cocina muy bien equipada para cocinarse y guardar comida (importante para mochileros) Además que tengan mascotas es un plus para los que amamos los animales. Volvería mil veces. Pura vida.

Fijne huiselijke sfeer, lieve mensen! Beetje krappe kamer, maar genoeg plekken ok te douchen en te chillen.

The hostel has a very nice common area wich makes it very social! Dorms are very clean and the kitchen also has everything you need. Just one shower with hot water tho. You can also Book Surfing lessons in the Hostel and the staff will help you out with and other questions aswell. I had a great stay there and met a lot of nice people! I recommend it for solo traveling!

Staff and atmosphere were great. Cleanliness understandably hard to maintain in a 12-bed dorm. Lockers available but no lock on bedroom door.

Great staff and a great place to meet people! I found only one warm shower, the one next to the kitchen. Ar conditioning in the room is very cold, but in the night I asked staff to change temperature they were nice and did change it.

A bit more of a party hostel. So not as clean and comfortable but good if that’s your vibe, the bathrooms have drainage problem so everything is pretty dank 24/7. The kitchen is big and there’s lots of communal space, staff are very friendly and helpful. AC is turned on at night

A great hostel it was my first solo trip and it was the perfect place. Super close to everything and met some great people! Highly recommend!

Great place if you wanna meet people. I loved the vibe, volunteers and staff, they really make the difference! Would stay there again!
