+ La ubicación
- Nos pusieron en una habitación de 12 cuando pedí una de 4 y nos cambiaron la primera noche a una de 6, pero el resto de noches tuvimos que irnos a otro sitio. Me parece demasiado compartir habitación con tanta gente. A parte no me gustó que para ir al baño que es mixto y solo hay dos duchas, tienes que pasar por medio de la cocina y de la zona común , incluso por recepción. No me parece lógico tener que salir de la ducha con la toalla y cruzarte por delante de todo el mundo, a parte hacía muchísimo frío y no tenían tampoco calefactores ni nada.
- I ordered breakfast at this hostel, but they failed to prepare it, so I had nothing to eat that morning. I asked for a refund, and at first we agreed on a 35% refund. However, they never processed the refund. After I urged them several times, they eventually stopped replying to my messages. The full chat record is attached. Please be cautious about this hostel.

- TODO, el sitio está muy céntrico pero las instalaciones muy antiguas , suelos sucios, baños sucios ( tan solo WC para más de 50 pax ) , las habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas para 12 personas ( y encima mixtas) . No había agua caliente ni para ducharse. No hay espacio ni para abrir las maletas en la habitación, ni dejar nada que no esté bajo llave porque no tienen seguridad.
+ The hostel itself was still under construction, when I stayed, it had a very defined and cool vibe. The location is right on the center of Krakow Old Town The staff were very professional.
- The floors were dirty of construction work being done. You have to go up a lot of stairs, and they seem quite old, to get to the hostel. There is only one unisex bathroom for everyone on the floor, with three toilets and three shower, but only one single sink. There are not many hooks to hang your things in the shower and you wont have a dry place to change since it is unisex, so you have to change inside the stall. The bed was horrible, I had a severe case of bedbugs. Even though they looked very clean, I was itching for 2 weeks after my stay. Horrible. They should have only opened the hostel after all the work was done, as it was very unpleasant to stay in a place not completely done.
+ Location is ok, but don't stay here if you have a lot of heavy luggage. There's no elevator and rooms are on the 4th floor
- The beds, the was no cushion of any kind. Basically sleeping on wood or rocks. My whole body hurt the next day. Plus my room shared a wall with the communal bathroom, you can hear every sound
- There was no heating connected in the room; the radiators were cold, so it was very cold.
O hostel é muito bem localizado, a equipe tentou me auxiliar da melhor maneira que podia, porém reservei um quarto com 4 camas femininas e chegando lá disseram que estava em reforma então teria que ir para um quarto com 6 pessoas, onde o aquecedor estava quebrado (no auge do inverno). Perguntei sobre o ressarcimento da diferença de valor dos quartos (pois o que paguei era mais caro) e não recebi resposta até hoje da dona e inclusive a equipe não se disponibilizou para resolver essa situa...
The hostel is very well located, the staff tried to assist me in the best way they could, but I booked a room with 4 women's beds and when I got there they said that it was in renovation so I would have to go to a room with 6 people, where the heater was broken (not in the height of winter).I asked about the compensation of the difference in the value of the rooms (since what I paid was more expensive) and I did not receive a response to this day from the lady and even the team was not available...

- The Customer service is awful! I booked and paid for a 6-bed “luxury” women’s room with a private bathroom but was instead placed in a 12-bed room with no bathroom. I ended up paying significantly more money for a way cheaper room & they haven’t refunded me; which they promised in writing & have ignored all my emails since! To add to this - *the floor in the bedroom was frequently dirty with hair and fluff - see pictures * no hand towels in the toilets for the 3 days despite me asking * the door to my room was so loud, those of us closest to it couldn't sleep. Multiple guests, including myself, requested that it be oiled, but no action was taken *no sponge to clean dishes *The cleaner was extremely rude *The receptionist frequently rolled her eyes whenever I asked a question. I asked the other girls in my room if it was just me or they had experienced it too, one girl’s response was that she felt like the receptionist “was angry at her for just having to do her job” & had given up asking her for help It’s such a shame, because the location is good & the property looks newly refurbished, but all of that was ruined by the complete lack of customer service and failure to meet basic standards.

Overcrowded, too many beds per small rooms. Too many beds vs. toilets on the floor. Bad bathroom solutions. Sorry but not happy... Felt dirty and badly designed.
Great location, right in the main square of Krakow. Staff were really friendly and the beds were clean with curtains and big lockers. Showers were great too.
Only five toilets combined in two floors so there was traffic at all times. Toilets were for men and women so they smelled like piss. No key cards so you had to memorize long code in order to get to your room. Loud music was coming from the streets to the room when you were trying to sleep. Creaky beds and stairs to different floors. Great location tho and beds were quite nice to sleep in.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Location is THE BEST, though it's a bit noisy in the evening, cuz there's loud music outside every night (but only till about 11 pm). It's a 20 minute walk away from the central station. Great kitchen with mutiple fridges. Staff is so friendly and helpful! Also kitchen and bathrooms are getting cleaned everyday. Bathrooms are on the hallway and shared with boys and girls but wasn't a problem for me. Can absolutely recommend this hostel!
A fantastic hostel. You're right in the middle of the old town. Perfect if you're visiting Krakow.
Was my first hostel experience, evey one was friendly and helpful with information what to do and where to go. Pointed me to the direction of a great tattooist thanks wolf man great experience thanks for everything x
Lovely hostel in such a central location! Beds are comfy and private, nice little kitchen and places to sit outside of the dorms, and staff are friendly and helpful. Limited bathroom space shared between quite a lot of people, but not a major issue. The Main Square is right outside so it can get very loud at night, especially with the window open - but bring earplugs and you’ll be okay!!! I had a great stay! 😁

There are fewer rooms and showers, you may need to stand in line.The bed is a bit crawly, crawling and crawling may make a lot of noise.The rest is fine.
The location was perfect, the stuff was friendly and the rooms looked nice. But there was everywhere dust and hairs on the floor. The bathrooms were really dirty. I did not like to use them. Additionally, soap was missing in the bathrooms. The rooms were nice and I felt save in them, but their bed was not really comfy. It felt like sleeping on the floor. Overall it could have been a really good stay, wouldn’t it have been for the dirty rooms.
There is not enough bathrooms. at busy times you will be waiting long. The beds were very comfy but the top bunk ladder is a real safety issue. never had that before it really shouldn't be allowed. wouldn't stay again in a top bunk. Not a party hostel, quiet but lacking atmosphere. Perfect location. Location couldn't be better. Nice beds, there's lockers, curtains but no shelves on the bed. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was clean.

Betten haben leider extrem laut geknarzt. Das waren Stahlbetten, die trotz Oropax unangenehm laut waren, wenn andere über einem geschlafen haben. Die Matratze fühlte sich nicht alt an, aber hate trotzdem voll die Mulde schon in der Mitte. Also wahrscheinlich einfach eine sehr billige Matratze, aber ging noch so. Im Dorm war es schon recht eng, gab im Bett kein Ablagebrett oder Ähnliches. Lage absolut top und Blick aus dem Dorm war der Wahnsinn auf den Marktplatz. Duschen sehr gut, allerdings ...
The beds, however, squeaked extremely loudly. These were steel beds, which despite Oropax were uncomfortably loud when others slept over one. The Mattress didn't feel alt an, but still filled the Mulde already in the middle. Also probably just a very cheap Mattress, but still went. Im Dorm it was already quite tight, gab im Bett kein Ablagebrett or Ähnliches.
Very clean and nice hostel, and the locations is perfect! Beds were extremely comfortable as well, I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Krakow!
Overall it qas very good, I stayed only 1 night but it was pleasant. The guy at the reception was super nice and cute! It was clean and modern. The bathroom definitely need more sinks and hooks for clothes/bags. I also think that the entrance door should be locked. Would recommend!
In overall is good. Great location, right inside the old town. Nearby with mini market and restaurant. This hostel is on the 3rd floor without elevator so it’s tough to carry heavy luggage all the way walking up the stairs.
