Santuario Playa Bonita

- Desafortunadamente omitieron la información de la caída de un puente lo que no nos permitió llegar al lugar,. Por esta razón nos ofreciieron la cancelación de la reserva y la devolución del dinero el cual no devolvieron en su totalidad ni el tiempo que nos dijeron.

+ La playa.

- La habitación presentaba un nido de murciélagos, cuyo movimiento durante la noche no nos permitió dormir. Solo hasta el día siguiente fue atendido y limpiado, después de haber pasado una noche completa sin descanso adecuado. Adicionalmente, en la mañana el servicio de limpieza insistía desde muy temprano para ingresar a la habitación, sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes. Encontramos también una culebra de más de metro y medio dentro de las instalaciones en el bar. La reacción del hotel fue agarrarla y trasladarla al hotel contiguo, en lugar de contactar a Parques o a la autoridad ambiental competente, que era la opción lógica y responsable para garantizar tanto la seguridad de las personas como el manejo adecuado de la especie. En general, la atención del personal es problemática y poco flexible, con constantes “peros” ante solicitudes normales del huésped. Incluso, en el restaurante, retiran los platos cuando uno aún no ha terminado de comer, generando una experiencia incómoda. Las fotos del lugar son muy buenas; sin embargo, la experiencia real no corresponde a lo que se ofrece. En términos de relación calidad–precio, el lugar no vale lo que cobra.

+ El hotel está a 10 km del parque.

- La limpieza de las habitaciones era nefasta: había manchas en las sábanas de distintos tamaños y colores, las mosquiteras estaban sucias y rotas, igual que las ventanas, el wc estaba negro, la ducha estaba llena de hojas y ramas, sucia y el agua era color marrón; el lavamanos también estaba sucio, etc. No había un solo espacio en la habitación que no estuviera sucio y al transmitirlo a la recepción y recalcar que, por favor, lo limpiaran, nos confirmaron una limpieza exhaustiva. Sin embargo, cuando regresamos estaba todo exactamente igual de sucio, pero con nudos en las mosquiteras. Además de todo lo anterior, la cantidad y variedad de bichos y animales que entraron en la habitación era preocupante. No pudimos dormir tranquilamente al compartir habitación con arañas de todos los tamaños (peludas y grandes incluidas), sapos y ranas de distintos tamaños, mosquitos y demás bichos voladores, cucarachas y, sorprendentemente, hasta una serpiente. La reacción de la recepción ante la situación fue decir que eran “gajes del paraíso”. Poca proactividad e intención de tratar nuestras quejas y preocupaciones.

- RUN AWAY !!!! The fact that we leaved the hotel after one night of stay says everything. It' the wprst raport price quality that I had for a hotel. Some points which made us decide our leave: cleanless: curtains and walls dirty, sheets stained (don't use the excuse of water, if you can't clean it, let a professional doing it), dust not cleaned. isolation: we want to stay in a hotel, not to participate to survivor. bats (yes, bats), cockroaches, moschitos and ants (we had a candy and in 2 min our backpack was full of ants). remake the isolation of the bungalows, it existed. fan: even at max was useless. replace it with something adequate. difficult to sleap in the heat equipements: old, food: very poor and expensive for what it is, the refrigerator was placed just near reception so you can see all the frozen stuff served personal: polite, but they lack of initiative. when we anounced them that we are leaving we saw no sign of courteasy Go to the neighbour resort to inspire how to preapare the rooms. They have the same concept.

+ The beach was beautiful !

- The food was terrible . They are understaffed . The products are old .the 3 Things I chose from The menu they didn’t have . The fruit was old No taste on the plates and begin way too cheffy and on top takes a lifetime to be served . They got my room wrong firstly . The bar was open 3 hours later then on the notifications. It was a mess…. And nobody smiles :/ . Crazy

+ I suppose it had potential but ultimately failed to meet expectations. While the food was good overall, there were some significant issues (see below). Additionally, the portions were small considering the high prices. The location is pleasant, but don't expect to swim as the sea is very rough.

- The shower produced brown water throughout our stay, the breakfast was underwhelming for the price. Serious food safety issues included my food poisoning from shellfish and my partner experiencing an allergic reaction due to mishandling of her allergy. Despite these significant problems, management did nothing to redeem the extremely poor experience we had.

- - Staff was not welcoming and not helpful - the yoga sessions were nothing but stretching. Also, the yoga teacher came 30min late to the morning class without any apology - food heavily overpriced and no place near for alternatives - had a cockroach in our bed… - beach was not clean - matrasses on the beach loungers were always humid because they were not being put away at night

+ El hotel está pensado para el descanso y la relajación. No hay música alta, tienen opciones de comida vegetariana, y espacio para relajarse y contemplar la naturaleza. La caminata desde la carretera al hotel no es muy larga y está bastante arborizada

- Aunque tienen opciones de comida vegetariana, nos parecieron un poco excesivos los precios en comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona, sobre todo porque la oferta de proteína vegetal era bastante pobre y primaban principalmente verduras. Esperábamos realizar actividades que están ofertadas como parte de la estancia sin embargo el día que fuimos solo había yoga y no la variedad que esperábamos. La habitación estaba bien pero le faltaba algo de mantenimiento, la luz nocturna no funcionaba

+ Me encantó santuario, la conexion con la tierra, el ecosistema y nuestras raíces me fascinó. Los círculos de la palabra, las clases de yoga y el personal fue de lo mejor !

- El precio de la comida es un poco alto.

+ La ubicación es muy buena y es un lugar muy tranquilo y bello!

+ El concepto de Santuario Playa Bonita es simplemente perfecto para quienes, como yo, buscamos algo más tranquilo y un ambiente propicio para las prácticas de mindfulness, el silencio y la contemplación. Fui a hacer yoga, a meditar, a comer MUY rico (el restaurante tiene opciones variadas, me sorprendió lo bueno que estaba). La atención es perfecta, el servicio es muy amable y, en general, todos los espacios son muy cómodos. El desayuno estuvo muy completo, balanceado y delicioso. La cena y demás, abundantes. Me gustó que ofrecieran actividades gratuitas.

+ It was well cleaned, no trash or plastic being around. The cabana has a really nice atmosphere.

- Beautiful beach is an exaggeration, its full of wood and you can't swim. But it's kept trash free, which is pretty rare in Columbia. Restaurant is overpriced without reasonable options nearby. One of their dogs tried to bite me. Total no go for me!

+ Es un lugar muy especial, ideal para descansar y desconectarse, con muy buenas instalaciones, y el servicio es muy bueno.

- El menú para cenar podría ser diferente al del almuerzo; sin embargo, es muy buen menú.

+ El lugar es hermoso, en contacto con la naturaleza, mucha paz. El trato del personal es excelente, las habitaciones super comodas.

- No es algo malo, pero quizas le agregaría mas opciones a la carta.

+ The place was amazing, chill and quiet, the rooms were private and there was a lot of peace in the place. Always clean and the service was amazing. Will definitely come back.

- More food options. More generous quantity and more taste in the food in general.

+ The people were super lovely, always helpful, and collaborative with anything. Super nice service overall. The bedroom was super comfortable, clean and spacious, in a very quiet place. We had an amazing experience relaxing. The cabins are separate enough to have privacy and space. We loved it! And the girls in the reception were soooooo lovely and kind, always there for us. Great service and I will definitely come back.

- I think there's a big improvement regarding food. For the price, you would've expected more tasty food. The juice was watery, and the amount and diversity of the menu were not so big ... I think there should also be more ashtrays in general, but overall the place is great.
