Ninh Binh Buffalo Hostel

They finish breakfast very early, around 9:30am, and no one tells you at check-in. If you extend your stay, even through Hostelworld, they keep emailing and asking random people about you, which is embarrassing. Free drinks are supposed to last an hour, but they often end early, so you wait for nothing. The WiFi is also poor, not a good place for digital nomads.

I’ve got food poisoning with the club sandwich and French fries just after leaving the hostel 😭 otherwise this hostel is very VERY social maybe too much for me, it took me a lot of my energy. The common bathrooms are very small (only 2 sinks) and they were dirty

Lovely hostel but music blasting from 10am, which absolutely nobody needs ever:)

This is way more of a party hostel than I anticipated, it seemed like the average age was 19 and the music is extremely loud until 11pm every night. So loud it was difficult to even talk to people without yelling if you wanted to be social. Breakfast was good & pool was nice though it was too rainy to use it when we were there

The Hostel is in a quite little street. This is a partyhostel! You will have loud music everyday until 22:00. they even have really good life music, food drinks and games happening every night. The bathroom was super clean and modern. But theres only 1 toilet + shower for a dorm and only 3 additional showers - not really enough for a big hostel of tha size.

Very loud

The hostel is super new, bed very comfortable, good breakfast and very clean facilities. Staff was not really friendly in my specific case, but I guess because of the very long shifts they have to do and crazy workload. Definitely a party hostel (very loud music until 23:00) full of young people, so if that's what your looking for it's perfect choice :)

Honestly this hostel has everything! Pool, free breakfast, free beer & shots, comfortable beds, lockers, clean, live music, and it’s in a good location! The evenings are fun with happy hour and different games. They are strict with turning the noise off and getting everyone out of there by 11 which is nice if you want to rest. The staff was super lovely and helpful when needed.

Brilliant hostel. Not much to complain about. But ensuite bathrooms means that only one person at a time.

This is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, 10/10 recommend. The staff are so nice, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the bed is super comfy. I stayed here twice on my travels cause i had to go back. It’s super social and the vibe is so chilled and fun, if i could I’d move in 😂

Very Nice Hostel, friendly staff, really cool outdoor area. A bit outside of the city.

The food at restaurants are soo good! We really enjoyed our stay there and the pool area is super! Would stay again if I would back to Ninh binh!

Overall really nice hostel with comfy beds. The atmosphere was more party than social and the music was very loud. The breakfast and showers were great.

Great facilities and very clean! Very sociable as they have events/ evening activities which is a great way to meet people. And the free beer hour was great if you enjoy a drink. Very comfy beds that and clear pool. No notes.

We loooooooved this hostel. Great energy n vibes, close to other bars. Very social and the beds were v comfy. Met the Loml there but found out Hes a slag but still loved it

Great hostel. Really easy bike rental to explore the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the FREE beer hour! Would definitely stay here again
