​Terrible Experience at Santa Maria​I strongly advise against staying at Santa Maria. My experience was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival at 3 PM on the check-in date, the staff refused check-in, claiming no connection with Hostelworld where I booked. The staff was very rude and unhelpful, causing considerable stress and struggle to find alternative accommodation nearby. Furthermore, the hotel's atmosphere and rooms were clearly unclean and smelly, and the water facilities were contamina...

Bad, no personal on place, nobody cleaned the room. Full of rubbish everywhere. Showers and room dirty People with reservations and no bed for them. 0 hygiene, no water for showers

The bathroom was not cleaned. No AC as advertised. Breakfast was just bread and jam. No clean water in the bathroom. Next day it was just muddy water. Overall very bad experience. The staff were supportive, but they were helpless.

For me it was the perfect place to relax a few days directly located at the beach. Good price, I recommend it
