- We don't even stay in this Hotel for a night because of the damp and moldy smell. The bed is super dirty until I can still see hairs on it. We go to the counter to checkout immediately when we see the condition of the room and even complaint, but the counter just told us refund is not acceptable. I start thinking, if every customer who comes to this hotel and cannot tahan to stay, and refund is not acceptable, this hotel could make a lot of money. They don't even need to enhance the environment, don't even need to do proper room cleaning, just wait for fishes to book their hotel, cannot stay straight away checkout and no refund.

- Nothing, the supervisor's behavior was not good and he asked for all the cards from my friends even though the reservation was in my name and I gave him my card but he refused to let my friends in. He wanted to see their cards as if I was in an investigation inside a police station and when I told him why all this investigation he said this is a new system also The TV screen is broken He didn't change the place for us.

- The most worst hotel I ever stayed I. Check in 3am check out 2pm normally all hotel per hour rm10 here half day then shut down the electric n asked the staff who was cleaning Bangla guy he said xde bayar keluar la xde electric highly not recommend and the bed is with periods blood work

- cadar & selimut kotor, dah request tukar tapi sama juga kotor. stay 2 malam, malam ke2 aircon rosak, request tukar bilik, kata penuh, so tidur dengan kipas sahaja. please lah walaupun bujet hotel, kalau facilities bagus, bersih, mesti orang akan come back.

- What I'm dissatisfied with is my check-out time today, March 7th, 2026 (room 204). I thought I had the same discount as last time, the free water bottle that comes with a review. But customer service told me I had to stay for two consecutive days to get the discount. I've stayed at your hotel so many times and only claimed your hotel's discount once. I'm dissatisfied with the customer service response. Therefore, I'm not satisfied with this customer service experience.
