Nice hostel with a lovely host and a simple but great breakfast! There is no general heating in the hostel which makes the bedrooms a bit damp/ humid but it’s is warm enough since there are enough blankets.

It's a great hostel especially if you are seeking for a family vibe! The volunteer did his best job with fire (forgot his name but he's a legend 👍🏻) Loved the breakfast table and had great time there! Graciasss!

Great stay! The staff was really helpfull even though my spanish is very basic. Loved the breakfast, where everyone is sitting at the same table. Makes it very easy to talk to people and arrange plans together. My bed in the dorm room still had plastic on the mattres which made it really squeaky. It's easy to rent bikes at the hostel which is a great way to explore the coastline. The location is perfect, close to the bus station, the city center and walking distance to the beach.

Great hostel! It was fully booked the whole time I was here. Super super clean. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and have a ton of local recommendations.

Les personnes de l’accueil et du ménage étaient adorables, merci à elles pour la propreté des lieux au quotidien ! La maison est idéalement située, et les espaces sont agréables. Le petit déjeuner pourraient être un peu plus copieux.

Super schönes kleines Hostel zwischen Zentrum und Meer. Es war alles sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet jedoch vielleicht ein bisschen klein wenn mehrere Leute gleichzeitig etwas Kochen möchten. Auch die Atmosphäre war super und man ist schnell mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch gekommen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gorgeous intimate hostel. Loved the breakfast with everyone, easy to make friends. Great location to the supermarket and La Serena town. Can hire bikes for 15,000. Really friendly staff who are knowledge on tours.

Lovely, sweet hostel with beautifully decorated and clean private rooms. The breakfast was really nice with everyone sitting at a table together. A slightly smaller hostel than normal (it is basically a house) but that makes it feel homely. The beach is slightly further than you think but that’s not a slight on the hostel haha.

Very nice hostel. 10 min walk from the bus station. 20 min to the beach.

Geweldig hostel! We voelde ons helemaal thuis. De gastvrouw was ontzettend aardig en vertrouwde haar gasten ook helemaal met betalingen en huur van de fietsen. We mochten na uitchecken ook onze tassen nog laten staan. Geen haast, maar of we wel voorzichtig wilde doen met wandelen naar het busstation in de avond. Een echte ‘huis’ moeder zeiden wij al. We zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven op doorreis. Aanrader om in de avond te bezoeken (op de fiets): Pueblito Peñuelas.

Really cute hostel a stones throw away from the centre. Lovely staff, super friendly and a basic yet decent breakfast included.
