- Smells bad. Under maintained. Unfriendly staff. Lift was not working

+ No proper toiletries given. Hotel room was dusty

- the furnitures in bad condition, so smelly and smell of smoke, dirty, water heater have stinky leftover foods

- The room is nasty not clean at all and the bed is not clean and it like a rock

- I had booked two rooms — one double room and one family room. On the day of check-in, a staff member called and informed me that the door lock of the family room was broken, so they changed the family room to two double rooms instead. Later, I found out that the real reason was that the agent had overbooked the rooms, not because of a broken door lock. When we arrived at the hotel, my family and I had to wait outside for 15 minutes before anyone came to open the door for us. The hairdryer in the room was broken, one of the beds was completely collapsed, and the room was extremely unhygienic. The overall experience was very, very disappointing.

- sebelum ketibaan untuk check in, staff hotel telefon saya dan beritahu supaya cancel booking dan dapatkan refund kerana hotel ada gangguan bekalan air. jadi apabila nak cancel booking, polisi menyatakan ianya tidak boleh di refund. Walaupun tawaran booking yang saya dapat tidak mahal. tapi kenapa tipu saya yang boleh minta refund.

+ Tiada yang terbaik .. deposit tidak dipulangkan oleh staff dengan alasan terjumpa habuk rokok dan tidak bagus sekali

+ Aku memang dah late check in...malam kan so memang xbanyak cakap..kmi kat front desk je dah lama..staff berckp dgn sorg staff lain...bilik kmi mungkin rosak..mcm" dgr..xpe mungkin sebab dh lewat malam...okk dpt je key card naik bilik..smpii bilik 2x key card xberfungsi..aku turun..xpe bajet hotel kn...pstu jadi lgi kali ke 3.... Aku call staff..dia kata akan ada yg buka kan kmi pintu ....tnguuu ..xdtg...dgn letihnya kmi turun lagiii...aku turun mrh"...aku susah mrh..tapi sbb km adik aku dah pnt sangat...hilang sbr aku...ermmm Bru la staff naik ...apa dia buat kmi xtau...tnguu je lagi kat front desk...Okk last" DPT bilik awal tadi..yg xblh masuk guna key card...rupanya pakai manual key....nmpk x...ermmm byk kli naik turn rupanya pakai manual key....before msuk bilik tu staff tu bagi bilik.....level 2...masuk je floor mat dah kotor.. keadaan bilik pn bau hancing... toilet basah....ada yg dh gunaaa...Allah kecewa lagi....last dia bagi kn bilik yg mula".... Ok masuk...hati lega sikit..wlupn pakai manual key...ermmm key card dia jadi kan electric card..hotel bajet korg jgn hrp lebih...biasa la kn...Lps apa yg jadi aku ingat ok kot....rupa nya aircond rsa kipas je...ermmm kmi mls banyak ckp..so kmi g beli mkn dlm 1jam...balik" naik bilik... Allah bilik xsejuk langsung...kipas sjaaa...aku ok...tido je..adik aku xnk...ermmm last kmi kemas barang....check out ...mcm tu je sia" masa aku ....aku dari Melaka tau... kaunter xde org...call la staff kata mmg kaunter 0...aku ckp nk check out...dia xtnya pn sbb aku..aku minta balik deposit..dia kata transfer... mungkin sebab mrh sangat aku letak...sekali pun dia xcll balik..xpa la..aku dtg balik JM 10 PGi amk deposit...aku check in hotel belakang dia...mcm ni la...tau hotel bajet.. Jgn buat org mcm tu...mentang" murah...enth la...xde bilik jgn jual...sungguh aku kecewa...aku dari jauh...knp aku xmrh" wlupn aku tau key card masalah awal"... Sbb apa..sebab aku kerja hotel...20 tahunnnn...

+ Nothing, didnt stay there after first glance of the room/rooms (as i had booked 2 rooms for another party of friends)

- The small room is actually small like a prison cell The double bed room had period blood stain and bodily fluid stains on the sheets The staff said they will charge an extra 10MYR for each hour on early check-in before 3pm due to cleaners cleaning but the room wasnt clean at all The ACs had literally a layer of dust not just on the mesh but inside where the ac blows wind If you dont have asthma, you'll get it within the week's stay

- Lif rosak, tiada towel, tiada tisu tandas, tiada sabun mandi, tangga berbau rokok.

+ Very poor maintenance. Very dark after 11 pm. No one to assist physically at reception counter. Given 4th floor while the lift on “Out of Service”

- Lift tak berfungsi. Bawa anak kecil dan warga emas sampai tingkat 4

- The facilities, TV can't turn on due to no remote, only one towel given. Guests have to wait for the reception to come in order to check in. Reception is very hard to contact.

- No water provided separately... only dispenser. Iron box is limited to 1 floor

- aircon not functioning well door lock from inside broken room for disabled people no window

- Lift was broken. And i got the small room. Very small you know. And my room was in level 4 without lift.??What do guys think 😒 .. the room very narrow.

- No receptionist for 10 minutes during check late check in. Is't 24 hours or not? No toiletries and towel in the room.
