Nice quiet neighborhood. Staff always friendly. Enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee each day.

A little tiny but overall very clean and the staff were so helpful and kind.

Piccolo ostello in zona residenziale tranquilla, vicino a più fermate della metro e del tram. È lontano dal centro ma ben servito, il personale è cordiale e le stanze pulite. C'è un'area con frigo, microonde e tavoli per mangiare.

The front desk receptionist with the long brown hair that makes faces for every word she says is rude. I asked her how to get to the louvre and becuz she acted like she didn’t understand, I said Louvre many differnt ways for her to understand. She finally said it the French way, and I find that to be very rude because I know she knows what I was trying to say but the entire time acted confused. Fantastic

I stayed in a private room for 1 night. The room was relatively small with a tiny yet charming bathroom. It is more suited for one person or a very sticky couple. Everything was clean and the mattress was hard which was great for my back. It is located a bit far from the center in a quiet neighborhood, there is a metro station in a distance of 7-10 mins walk. For me it was a great value for money, a place to stay overnight close to a rail station. The only drawback is poor sound proofing.

Très surprise par la petitesse de la chambre. Salle de bain tellement minuscule qu’il ne faut pas peser plus de 50kg pour y accéder. Climatisation inexistante (pourtant évoqué sur le site internet). Il y avait un ventilateur tellement bruyant que je n’ai pas fermé l’œil de la nuit.… ménage laissant à désirer… Point positif, Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, personnel très accueillant. Bon emplacement.

La salle de bain est tout simplement insalubre: joints moisis, odeur d’humidité insupportable. L’odeur se diffuse dans la chambre.

El personal muy poco amable, sin disposición para ayudar, el control de la TV no servía, la tarjeta de la habitación en muy malas condiciones hubo que cambiarla porque no abrió la segunda noche, si uno llega cansado y cargando compras no es buena experiencia que no puedas abrir tu habitación.

Hôtel en travaux lors de mon passage. La réception est de qualité et l'ambiance conviviale. J'ai plutôt été un peu gêné par le bruit (cela reste acceptable)

La atención es pésima

We booked double bed room. We arrived and got the key and went to the room but someone else’s stuff were in the room(they booked the same room to another person at the same time). Went back to the lobby and told the situation and the guy didnt have any idea how that happened. Anyways he gave us a smaller room for the same price(there wasnt any other double bed room, didnt make any discount). At the small room there were no soap. Toilet flush wasnt working properly. Towels were dirty Thats it.

Hôtel insalubre, personnel incompétent. Lit non fait à notre arrivée. Ne respire pas la propreté…
