Nacuma Garden Hostel

Great location, beautiful garden, social, nice kitchen (no microwave), comfy beds. Bring earplugs because the church bells ring ALL night! The dorm room door squeaks. Please oil it so I don't wake my dorm mates if I get up in the night? 🙂

Had a great stay!

One of my favorite hostels in Colombia! The space is a converted old colonial style home with a beautiful open air courtyard and small garden. The vibe is super tranquil and chill. Owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. I extended my stay and ended up staying for a week!

Great hostel! Spacious dorms and nice open air feel. Staff really nice, the volunteer Emma gave us really useful tips. Great location. Perfect stay in Barichara if you’re planning to do the Camino Real hike. Super relaxed and chilled.

Nacuma Hostel has a lot of potentiale, but there is just no atmosphere at all. I was almost the only one during my stay, and the owner only showed up a couple of hours a day. The kitchen wasn't very clean, and a rat tried to eat my bread. The good thing is that it's located very close to the city center and there a green and quiet spares at the hostel.

Super Hostel, alles sauber, schöne Gemeinschaftsbereiche und gut ausgestattete Küche. Personal ist auch super lieb und hilfsbereit.

One of our most favorite hostel experiences. Very clean spacious area, close to everything for barichara, traffic very low compared to large cities. Camilo proprietor was very helpful for explaining the local area and areas throughout Columbia. Interesting architecture, and very relaxing positive experience, good low cost breakfast. Jacob Charts

I absolutely loved Nacuma Garden Hostel! It's a beautiful hostel in a beautiful town. Camilo is really friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the facilities in general are good! Definitely come to Barichara and stay at this hostel

I had such a great and calm stay at Casa Nacuma. Camilo and the volunteer Alessio were very kind and helpful! Camilo recommended a great paragliding company to me. I also loved the garden area and the breakfast was nice with lots of fruits. I’d definitely come back again.

Such a great hostel. The owners are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be.

Nacuma is a really great hostel. The rooms are sweet & the layout of the hostel is cool. The owner is super welcoming - even took a group of us to go look at the stars one night. Barichara itself is also a sweet town that we really enjoyed getting to spend time in.
