Hangover No1 Hostel Patong

Worst hostel I've ever been to. When we arrived the hostel staff seemed stoned and wasn't really service oriented. The "dorm" is a joke. It's basically like a warehouse there are 50 beds in one room directly after the lobby, no safety at all. Also the beds were not cleaned and the showers didnt have water so it was impossible to use it. We had to cancel this and stay in another hostel. Can't recommend.

I recently stayed at this hostel and honestly, it was a really nice experience. It’s not just about the beds — there’s so much more to enjoy like drinks, games, a TV in the lobby, and the food was amazing. The whole trip felt very comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the staff — they were very kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Didn’t quite know what I was getting myself in for with the room situation🤣 over the road there is a bar with pool table pool and plenty of seating available. Real place but I wouldn’t stay again personally

This was great experience with Hangover no.1 hostel. Great hospitality amazing staff. I recommend to have food from there own kitchen. You will love it. Must. Visit. Pool service wonderful.

Place is a scam, very misleading. Booked 4 bed as was the only option. Arrived & checked in took us through a curtain to an area full of 100 beds. Tried to ask about the room but nothing was very clear. Showers on the first night hardly worked. It offers ‘free breakfast’ on hostelWorld & the front desk, we asked in the morning and they just said no they don’t do that? And then he removed the sign from the desk. Lovely place, they provide free towels as well, beds are great too, beach is nearby and everything else feels smooth
