Staff were wonderful, they gave great recommendations and were very helpful. Location was perfect and it was fairly clean.

The location of the hostel and the staff are nice and helpful but that's about it. The bathroom was dark and dirty, the flush panel for the toilet had been ripped off the wall along with the toilet seat being snapped in half. Hardly ever hot water and on my second night there, a bed bug crawled across my pillow. Low price and good location but if you find yourself staying here then make sure your bbag stays away from the beds and be prepared for a cold shower.

È un posto dove stare solo per dormire. A livello di servizi è scadente: l'acqua della doccia è piuttosto fredda, dal bagno esce un forte odore di fogna (per dormire abbiamo tenuto la finestra aperta), a parte una stanza con due divani non c'è un area comune dove stare a socializzare. L'area intorno all'ostello non degradata quanto mi aspettavo. Credo che per poco di più si possa trovare un posto migliore.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! FIRST my plane was delayed for technical issues and they issued a letter to me to show to hostel as I missed the window to check in. I sent the letter via email to the hostel and got no response. When I DID arrive it was closed and 23 degrees outside. When the man finally DID show up 6 hours later he had the absolutely WORSE ATTITUDE. HE refused to credit me & didn't care and took the money! The place is DIRTY, OLD SHEETS AND BROKEN LOCKERS. HORRIBLE place DO NOT STAY HERE

El Hostel esta bien cuidado, pero no hay nada que hacer. Todos los espacios comunes tienen una hora de cierre, no aceptan tarjeta pero ni te dicen que tienes que pagar en efectivo. La cocina esta dañada y muchas cosas no sirven de ahi. El baño esta sucio

Água muito fria, máximo que ficava foi morna, banheiro tinha mau odor.

1) para emcontrar la recepcion estuve mas de 10 minutos bajando los pisos con las matelas y no hay carteles que identifiquen que la recepción esta en el piso 1. (Aclaro hay otros hoteles en el mismo edificio). 2) mucho olor a cebolla, transpiracion a sucio en la habitacion. 3) las camas estan muy pegadas. 4) Me quise duchar a la madrugada y no habia agua caliente. 5) los espacios son reducidos y tampoco tiene una sala de estar. La ubicacion es lo que vale, enfrente de termini. No me gusto.

No hay agua caliente, los electrodomésticos no funcionan debidamente, no cuenta con señalización dentro del edificio.

Localização maravilhosa, funcionários prestativos, valor bom, porem em 3 dias nao trocaram os lençóis e o chuveiro nao esquentava o suficiente para a estação Fora isso, tudo ok

Peggior ostello che abbia visitato. Muri che cadono a pezzi, doccia rotta, cucina inesistente

I saw a bug crawl through my bed and I had to request a new room. There was no hot water and not even warm water. And it was just super dark and eerie. This was my first hostel experience and I really did not like it.

The bathroom was disgusting. The doors locked from the outside so in an emergency you’d never be able to get out. Stove in the kitchen was out of order and the front door was almost always completely unlocked. Definitely would not stay again

Muy mala experiencia. Las duchas solo tienen agua fría y el baño está sucio, con un olor fuerte. Dijeron que la cocina no funcionaba, pero el personal la usaba. No hay ambiente de hostal y la recepción tiene horarios muy limitados. Caro para lo que ofrecen: camas sin cortinas, poca privacidad y la puerta de entrada siempre queda abierta, dando sensación de inseguridad. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Bathroom smelled terrible, water never got that warm, and WiFi did not work in the rooms. The hostel did not have any energy usually attributed to hostels full of vibrant travelers. Its only redeeming quality is the proximity to the train station.

pésima atención, en el lobby solo atienden de 8 am a 5 pm.

Sirve para una emergencia. No tiene las máximas comodidades. Puede mejorar mucho en las instalaciones como el los baños, aunque no estaban sucios, si deteriorados. Estuvo limpio lo cual es importante. El servicio sí es malo, es atendido por gente de la India, tal vez ellos no tienen ese concepto de atención al público.
