+ Günstige Parkmöglichkeit
- Das ganze Haus ist ziemlich "abgefucked" und sollte dringend saniert werden. Die Matratze fühlt sich auch an wie aus der Gründerzeit.
+ J'ai apprécié les couettes très douillettes et chaudes, l'appartement spacieux et lumineux, la bouteille d'accueil, la possibilité de laisser les bagages au-delà de l'heure de départ.
- La propreté très relative et le sous-équipement étaient décevants. Le four contenait les restes de cuisson des prédécesseurs et un placard d'évier des oignons jetés en vrac. La douche souffre de moisissures. Il était fait mention de sèche-cheveux et de lave-linge, il n'y en avait pas. Une pelle et une balayette pour faire l'entretien, c'est peu. La cuisine est en mode équipement minimal : 3 couverts et pas de verres corrects pour trinquer à la nouvelle année...

+ It was quiet, warm. The location was ok. The owner was nice, when I finally got to him. He was friendly enough to charge 5€ for the private parking per day.
- The owner was not reachable over the phone. The call was forwarded to a voicemail. He didn't answer the e-mail. The pictures on the booking page were different than the apartment that we got at the end. There was no oven in our apartment and no shower (a bathtub instead) as on pictures. If you get there and you want an OVEN and SHOWER instead of BATHTUB then don't take the apartment 18. The internet was to slow and breaking. The dishes are old and look cheap.
It was ok for the money
+ A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Szuper a foglalt parkoló is. Könnyű volt a bejutás és a kulcs átvétel.
- Retro hangulatú lakás, amelynek egyik szobája zárva volt. Ez nem jelentett volna problémát, ha az ajtó nem üvegezett és a fény nem szűrődik át folyamatosan. Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen volt, de van aki a puha matracot szereti. A padló nyikorog és vele együtt a bútorok is.

- Квартира в старом доме,скрипят полы, было грязно на кухне (стол, микроволновка, посуда- всё), ни чая, ни кофе, 4 этаж- лифта нет, ночью света в подъезде нет, звукоизоляции нет, полотенца в ванной были чистыми, но пахли плесенью, постельное белье тоже чистое,но очень не приятное к телу, остановка метро достаточно далеко.
Abbiamo prenotato una stanza nella struttura dando un orario indicativo di arrivo prima di pranzo, nonostante fosse un dato facoltativo e il check-in fosse garantito fino a sera. Siamo arrivate dopo pranzo e la camera non era più disponibile. Il gestore della struttura non ha nemmeno provato a contattarci per sapere se saremmo arrivate, prima di dar via la camera. Pertanto non abbiamo potuto soggiornare lì e abbiamo dovuto cercare un’alternativa per la notte stessa e la seguente.
We booked a room in the property giving an indicative arrival time before lunch, despite it being optional and check-in being guaranteed until evening. we arrived after lunch and the camera was no longer available. the property manager didn't even try to contact us to find out if we would arrive, before giving the camera. so we couldn't stay there and had to look for an alternative for the same and following night.
Have to get a taxi or bus anywhere you go but it was a quiet location which was nice. Provided us with clean towels- however the bed linen was not. There was hair in our pillows/blankets/ sheets (this was before we even laid on the beds).. We found 3 different bugs in the bed. And our shower head was broken but it was manageable. One employee was not that friendly either

+ Квартира соответствует описанию. Обстановка ретро, но всё необходимое нашлось. В квартире было чисто. Парковка рядом с домом. Хозяин дружелюбный, встретил сам. До центра без проблем можно добраться трамваем или прогуляться до метро.
- Не критично, но для информации гостей: душевая комната находится прямо в проходе между спальней и прихожей. Утром за окном может быть шумновато, если чуткий сон, но без открытых окон летом сложно.
