Shivam, a receptionist guy from india, he was very friendly. Whenever I asked him about Chaing Mai, he always answered me easily. I’ll visit you again here

Staying at Owhoopersofficial, Jibhi was the WORST decision ever — and the reason is their so-called “Senior Manager” Arsh. This man is a walking example of how NOT to behave in a workplace. He didn’t just lose his temper — he unleashed a filthy barrage of abuses, using the most vulgar and degrading language you can imagine, aimed directly at a staff member who had the courage to speak up. And if that wasn’t enough, he even RAISED HIS HAND and physically assaulted them. He is so damn ...

The manager here was shockingly rude, speaking to guests with a tone that made you feel like you were a burden just for asking simple questions. When I mentioned the filthy bathrooms and the fact that the Wi-Fi barely worked, he brushed it off with a smirk and told me to deal with it. The staff were no better, often gathered in their own conversations while ignoring guests who were clearly waiting for help. There was no warmth, no welcome, just an attitude that made the whole place feel cold and...

Booked for 3 nights left after one. Not safe. The code to enter the building is posted on the window so anyone on the street can enter! Gross beds with bloodstains, no windows in the room,No atmosphere, all the rooms were empty but still no female dorm option? Reception staff couldn’t be bothered to get off the couch to check us out, didn’t care to ask why we were leaving or try to see if he could help. No courtesy to refund the third night, but whatever. Go somewhere else

ok this place is very cost efficent yes but pls be aware of what you are paying for. the rooms are not clean and I got a TERRIBLE eye infection from the dirty sheets that I've been at the doctor for now twice. just please be aware that this place doesn't have great hygenic standards and maybe bring your own pillow case

Great hostel apart from the beds probably worse bed iv had so far but everything else was good staff super nice and place nice and chill

Spijtig genoeg niet zo super gelegen. De bedden zijn ook erg hard. De veren van de matras duwen echt op alle delen van je lichaam. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter und super Schlafsaal. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage von 7pm-11am, kostenloses Wasser, Vorhänge und in jeder Koje Licht und Steckdose.

staff were lovely and rooms nice. only thing was the rooms didn’t lock but you had a locker so that was fine. I would stay here again

Such a cool Harry Potter themed hostel with a rooftop to chill. I stayed in Ao Nang one as well but I loved the stay here too.

Great hostel out of the hustle and bustle of the old city, but still close enough that you can get there easily via Grab bike or ~40 mins walk. Chilled and friendly hostel but still things to do in the evenings with planned nights such as family dinner or games night. Super friendly and helpful staff. Feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend

Top Hostel mit netten Mitarbeitern, alles soweit flexibel möglich, der "Schlafsaal" bietet ungewöhnlich viel Privatsphäre mit abgetrennten Betten und Vorhängen. Alles ist Sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. In der nähe befinden sich märkte und ein 7-Eleven, Scooter werden ebenfalls zum leihen angeboten, top Service.

Les matelas sont confortables et pas mal d'activités sont proposées, je recommande !

Very nice and clean hostel with lovely staff

I liked it very much at the Whoopers Hostel, for every Harry Potter fan it is a must. It is really great furnished and also the ambiance has been very pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned regularly and were generally very clean. The staff is super nice and helps you immediately. In addition, various offers or game nights are regularly organised. I would come back at any time

Very nice and clean hostel, not too far from the center. The staff is absolutely lovely and really helpful. They also offer a wide variety of tours, definitely recommend!!!
